Perfect for rustic breaks in the countryside, an Inn is a small property with basic hotel services and typically traditional decor. Inns are fully licensed and have a bar providing food and drinks in the evening – distinguishing them from country or guest houses.
The inn is well decorated with all kinds of interesting items, from homemade quilts to old fishing gear. Rooms are fairly large and each room has corner windows, allowing for a breeze. The grounds have numerous seating options, and the flowers are lovely. There's a dock with picnic table where the property meets the river. We sat and watched the rowers in sculls at dinner time. So peaceful!
The Innkeepers, Judy & Tom, were very welcoming and helpful. Since we were there in December, I reserved the Fireside room. The room was great and the furnishings were cozy (including a down comforter!) and very nice. Judy's breakfasts were awesome! We definitely enjoyed our visit and hope to return again.
Simply perfect. Cosy little inn with a beatiful view on the river. Tom and his wife are just the best hosts: very friendly and caring, they gave us plenty of valuable tipps about things to see and restaurants to try. Breakfast was just awesome. We wish we planned a longer stay. Definitely recommended. Look forward to come back.

How does it work?
1
It starts with a booking
It starts with a booking
The only way to leave a review is to first make a booking. That's how we know our reviews come from real guests who have stayed at the property.
2
Followed by a trip
Followed by a trip
When guests stay at the property, they check out how quiet the room is, how friendly the staff is, and more.
3
And finally, a review
And finally, a review
After their trip, guests tell us about their stay. We check for naughty words and verify the authenticity of all guest reviews before adding them to our site.
