The room staff did a good job. very pleasant was the restaurant and the breakfast. There was a plentiful offer and the menu was changed. Lunch and dinner could be ordered in the in-house restaurant. Traditional Vietnamese and some Western food was available, they all were so tasty. On special requests was respected. The kitchen staff was especially frie.

Beds were very comfortable and the living/kitchen/dinning area worked well for our family of four. It helpful to do a load of laundry in the washer/dryer unit too. The location is on the edge of the old quarter but still walking distance to great restaurants, night markets and a few walking blocks from the famous Train Street. The hotel gave us complementary umbrellas when it rained and arranged an early airport transport for us, which was much appreciated!

But the most impressive poimt to me was the owner's hospitality. He was so nice and welcoming, we had really nice talks. That was great!
