Super courteous staff and nice property with sea view. We had some issues in the beginning but the property owner herself addressed it and the whole staff took care of it. Overall, an ultimate example of a great hospitality. Highly recommended!

The place is nice but the part of having to beg someone to open the gate for you is not nice. The guest house does not have a coffee station. Uses a cheap 1 ply toilet paper is also not good impression. If you use 1 ply it must be good quality. Lighting is nice and beautiful but consider getting better quality curtains because it’s a struggle for some guest to sleep in such well lit space

Breakfast was great .. in fact so was all the food (dinner) Reception staff was exceptional (especially Jeffrey) Chef Luke was also a pleasure to deal with. Downstairs premises and bathroom great.

It was a pleasure to meet our host at breakfast. There was a neat dialog with each of the guests, often in different languages. Oh, and the breakfast was amazing with the fresh breads and homemade banana jam. The innkeeper allowed us to drop luggage early and come back late to meet the taxi for the airport

The food was just incredible. Would highly recommend having dinner here. Although you will pay more than going out it is worth it. A great place to stay if you want to be close to the beaches, penguins and Cape point. Very safe area where you can go for walks. We loved William's dogs, Betina and Cookie who will give you a terrific welcome. We have not stayed in a better guest house. Our only regret was not trying the pool but was a little chilly given it was November.

The location and facilities were great, the owner absolutely amazing and the staff friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay so much that we extended...a few times! Best value for money, and the fact that the units are pet-friendly in addition to everything else the guest house offers makes it a winner.

I had a wonderful time. Had wonderful conversations with Utah and the owner of the guesthouse. Their hospitality made me come back a second night when I had to return to the city. Beautifully restored heritage home. It's also located very close too many inner city activities. Would highly recommend this guest house.

The guest house was amazing, the breakfast was amazing and dinner recomendations were absolutely fabulous at Tigers Milk in Blauberg . Would I use this accommodation again 100% Yes.

Perfect location in the nice De Waterkant District, restaurants and cafés close by, but not as busy as Long Street. All of the staff is so friendly and welcoming. They have a big breakfast menu, we tried several things and everything was delicious. Dinner was delicious as well. During our stay in Cape Town, be stayed in three different hotels/guest houses and this one was by far the best, we loved everything.

Had to book very last minute and turned up around 30mins after booking. The host was incredibly accommodating and helpful and completely understanding of the situation. Had a very restful and peaceful night with a great dinner and breakfast. What stood out the most was the host of the guest house who really did everything possible to make it an incredible - if very last minute stay.
