I have stayed at this property before and loved it. That is why I returned. John, the host, has gone out of his way to make sure everything you need is found on the property. You are literally staying at his second home, so it is very inviting and comfortable. The view is to die for. It isn’t very easy to reach in that you have to park down at a free public parking area below this medieval town and walk and/or take outdoor elevators up to the apartment. However, that is part of the charm of staying in a walled, medieval town in the mountains. I actually find it challenging to find as many different passageways weaving through the tiny streets and homes leading down to the parking lot. There is a garden area with a separate outdoor kitchen situated below the apartment. I have never used it, but maybe on our next stay.
