The room was comfortable and really enjoyed the spa especially after a whole day walk and travelling the day before. No kettle and coffee etc in room. And the buffett food was cold which we ended up leaving. |

It hasn´t no smoking room neither no smoking floor. I asked a double room for a couple and I received a 2 separeted beds room. |

The room itself was good for business. Location for parking. Hotel parking does not include the whole night if moving the car outside the hotel's parking. |

It is OK for given price. Good place to stay when visiting Valencia - freely available parking space in front of hotel and proximity of metro station (3 minutes on foot). Somehow we did not get non-smoking room - we were not even asked about our preferences. But it was not stinking, just a faint smell. |

Good hotel with well appointed interior and rooms, comfortable bed; pool and gym too. Near metro station. Not surprising the windows are opaque; the outside does not match the inside. |

The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Also, the hotel is out of the city center but right next to a metro stop so it is very easy and convenient to get to. The hallways were long and dark. There was minimal lighting in the hallways but motion sensors would turn on lights just as you walked by. I thought it was rather scary in the hallways and was glad I was with two other people. |

internet was not working and nobody has fixed it during 3 days I staid in the hotel neither offered to change the room improve internet system (no wireless still!!) |

The hotel was clean and easy to use faciliteis. The reception personal where kind to give us information of places that we needed to go. The free drink voucher on arrival was a good gesture The pillows are not so comfortable. English language not well spoken except in reception |

En la informacion indica que el parking cuesta 9 € por noche, pero si llegas por la tarde y dejas el coche en el parking tienes que pagar el tiket correspondiente para salir o sea que para pagar 9 € una vez entras el coche en el parking ya no lo puedes sacar hasta el dia siguiente. |

Letteralmente attaccato alla stazione della metro, Fitness con palestra gratis ed splendidamente attrezzata, zona relax con sauna, bagno turco e idromassaggio, gratis anche questi. La spa è invece piccola e cara (15 euro) non la consiglio. La vasca idromassaggio lato uomini era talmente piena di cloro che ci ha causato irritazioni molto forti, l'ultimo giorno del nostro soggiorno l'hanno svuotata e probabilmente ora è ritornata agibile. |

Reception war sehr kompetent und hifsbereit. Der Raum fürs Abendbuffet war überlastet am 12.12., zu klein, wir mußten mit dem sowieso nicht ganz warmen Essen in einen anderen Saal gehen. Außerdem würden wir bemängeln das es zu unterschiedlichen Zeiten anderes Essen gab, also ab 20:00Uhr Schwein und Hühnchen, ab 22:00Uhr Lamm und Rind, das ist nicht richtig! Männliches Servicepersonal nicht sehr freundlich zu nicht spanischen Gästen! |

El trato del personal, las habitaciones -muy amplias- y el Spa muy correctos. Habíamos pedido habitaciones para no fumadores, una de ellas olía a tabaco y nos cambiaron aunque esto impidió que nuestra habitación estuviera en la misma planta que la de los niños. Ofrecen un buffet para cenar de 10€ con muy buena relación calidad/precio. No había vasos en una de las habitaciones, los pedimos un par de veces, pero no llegaron. Una habitación era interior y no tenía luz natural, pero lo consideramos un mal menor. En general todo muy bien. |
