lots of flies around the pool and restaurant area, the television did not work, neither did the AC and the fridge. after reporting to the reception this was rectified very quickly. however a 4 star hotel should have better standards of cleanliness especially around the pool.

Very friendly and helpful staff, specially reception and housekeeping. Nice and clean poolarea.big swimming pool. Spacious apartments with good equipment!

Pool restaurant a la carte list price and quality did not really match. Hotel is in Bahia Feliz not in San Agustin !

Standard of cleaning. Slow boiling kettle

Friendly staff, Everything was there for our whole family to enjoy. We arrived, stayed 6 nights and never left. We desperately needed to rest, and there were great activities for those in are family that wanted to do more than soak up the sun with a good book.

We dont understand the topless sunbathing, and regret that it is such a common practice. There is stock car racing on a track right by the hotel on the weekends, it was quite noisy but would not make us not come back.

Close to the sea, beautiful garden and pool. Nice area in the village with shops and restaurants.

Quite long hallways, sound from the neighbours (if the neighbour moved a chair you could hear this loud and clear - very negative). Very close to a private airstrip and roadracing track. The beds were not so very comfortable (hard), this could be a lot better especially in a hotel like this. The surroundings could look better as well (outside of the fence).

pues la verdad ke todo en si muy bonito y los apartamentos muy espaciosos y bien ekipado la verdad ke espero repetir lo malo era ke si pierdes la toallas tienes ke pagar 50€

pues sii el ke no en los dias ke estuve no vinieron a limpiar si no una pasadita y no me cambiaron las toallas en todo en finde por lo demas todo bien por ke hubieron cosas ke no me gustaron pero era ageno al hotel
