Staff very help full,Room very good, Pool & outside bar excellent, Hotel in all very good.

Size of beds in Room 3145 , we had two large doubles side by side.It was also great to have the use of the VIP lounge that went with the room, it made all of the difference.

The only thing that was a little trange was that the outdoor area of the restaurant (which was closed) facing the vip lounge, filled with fountains, never had the fiuntains working and there were small breads that had been thrown into the empty fountain areas that were never removed, which made it look unclean and unkempt.

We found the beds very hard

I loved the easy access to the Centre (downtown areas), the affordable hotel price and hotel gift shop, the cleanliness of the rooms and friendliness of the hotel greeters and staff.

I did not like the fact that they allowed smoking inside the resturarants and public hotel areas indoors. I could not enjoy eating in the cafeteria nor sitting inside the lobbies because I was gagging from the smoke.

I liked comfort, nicely decorated clean room, tasty food, nice staff especially in the bar/restaurant, helpful receptionst, nice swimming pool and surrounding gardens.

Yes, the wireless internet access was not always awailable, and the receptionist told me that everything was ok because he had an internet access in the recepton (wired) and other quests probably had as well (when they offered them the cable). It was not the point because I was using wireless conction on my I-Phone. When I went downstairs to the reception the receptionst was a bit rude. Finally the case was sorted out, but this person should be more polite towards quests. And the other thing is that most of hotel's staff speek poor English, it was quite difficult to communicate.

The reception staff were helpful with a problem we had. Easy to get the bus into the city.

Finding it. It is called the Andalus Palace in 10 foot letters. We spent time looking for your description, the Silken Andalus !! If you like big soulless hotels this is for you. Coachloads of folk coming and going.

comfortable rooms. Excellent breakfast in a nice setting. If you are traveling by car it is easy to find street parking. Bus stop to the center is close to the hotel.

you will have to take a bus to the center of the city to see the major attractions. it is a generic hotel, without any unique spanish caracter.
