The location was ideal - next to the castle hill, 100m from the sandy beach and 50m from the airport bus. Nice and friendly staff. Low quality magnetic cards (loosing their magnetic abilities very quickly), claustrophobic lifts and weird bathroom dors which you can easily lock, when there is no-one inside. |

It's just 2 minutes walking distance from the beach. Additionaly good connection to some big malls (via Tram). Yes, the service people made lots of noise in the morning and waked us up very early. |

The air conditioning in the room was useless, it made sleeping quite difficult. The abscence of any hot drinking making facilites in the room was also frustrating. The towels were like sandpaper, no fun when you have sunburn! |

Closeness to the sea Staff could be more helpful about where to find things. Provide town maps.Suggestions about how to get to the hotel by car whilst the building work was going on would have been useful. Comments as to whether we might like to take breakfast in the hotel. |

The proximity to the beach was wonderful. The price was very reasonable compared to others. Breakfast was not included, but there are cafes close by for coffee and toast. It is a great location in Alicante. It would have been nice to have free coffee in the morning. |

Esta muy bien situado, cerca del Puerto, playa del Postiguet y del casco antiguo. El buffett bastante completo. Limpieza excelente. Habia obras en la calle y plaza del Ayuntamiento, y a las ocho de la mañana del domngo, empezaron los ruidos. Pero eso es temporal. |

Su ubicación. El desayuno variado para ser continental. Habitación muy pequeña. En el Gavina de la misma cadena, por el mismo precio, la habitacion era mas grande y confortable. Aire acondicionado no muy bueno. |

Lo que mas me a gustado es que esta al lado de la playa. Creo que el servicio de limpieza es bastante malo, la primera habitacion que nos dieran, el wc no estaba limpio, la segunda lo mismo, y el polvo parecia que no lo habian quitado en siglos,no digo que las limpiadoras seas malas pero si teneis un pesimo servicio de supervision de habitacion y para esos pequeños detalles teneis que tener una governanta calificada, para que la habitacion este perfecta, ademas es un hotel muy pequeños con habitaciones diminutas y sin embargo los precios son como el de un cuatro estrella gran class la verdad es que me senti muy de fraudada. |
