friendly staff especially the entertainers, spacious rooms, excellent choice of food in the buffet, champagne reception The spa needs more facilities- separate showers and more than the two saunas available. |

Friendly reception Buffet presentation was certainly not 4*. Take more care, exchange dirty plates, caraffes etc. If I book 4* hotel I do not consider the offer to book an upgrade to better all inclusive apprpriate!! |

El personal del hotel es muy atento y amable, fundamentalmente en el buffet. La terraza de la habitación era muy amplia y al estar vallada era bastante segura para los niños la lejanía con respecto a la playa, aunque lo subsanaban con la puesta a disposición de los usuarios de una guagua gratuita. La habitación muy pequeña para tres adultos (en la página de booking la vendían como habitación para tres adultos) |

las actividades de ocio que tienen y el trato de los empleados del hotel lo menos que me gusto sin duda alguna fue la comida y a mi novia tampoco ademas de a otra pareja que conocimos nos hicieron el mismo comentario |

L acceuil chaleureux... La petite coupe de champagne avec un large sourire... Et les explications... Chambre tres confortable...buffets varies....et de bonne qualite... Jaccuzi un peu frais....le champagne "cava" servi a la piscine dans le gobelet carton coca cola... Aurait merite un gobelet plastique transparent......restau un peu bruyant... |

we hadden dit hotel geboekt voor een vakantie van 10 dagen in de zon ook omdat we 30 jaar getrouwd waren. Het hotel bezorgde op de trouwdag een fles champagne en een heerlijke fruitmand op dekamer. Goede faciliteiten, schone zwembaden, correct en vriendelijk personeel Het eten was niet altijd van dezelfe goede kwaliteit, dit wisselde per dag.Nadeel was (voor ons niet-rokers) dat er buiten op de terassen geen aparte rookgelegenheid is ingericht, hierdoor kun je als je pech hebt de hele tijd naast iemand zitten/liggen die constant zit te roken. Verplaatsen heeft geen zin want dan loop je hetzelfde risico. |

Excellentes organisation et gestion de l'établissement. Buffet copieux et bon, même très bon (cf. Réveillon ). Personnel nombreux, efficace, et en même temps discret. Un petit reproche: les chambres ouvrant sur de longues coursives en carrelage... Et surtout, tous les résidents n'étant pas forcément respectueux de la tranquillité des autres...nous avons pâti de quelques (petites) nuisances sonores...rien de bien grave cependant! |

La piscina climatizada, el jacuzzi y la sauna la limpieza de las habitaciones, no cambian las sabanas, me encontre arena cuando las habian limpiado, las toallas tiradas de lejos y la cama mal hecha. Los colchones son incomodos, nos dolio muchisimo la espalda, no descansamos bien. El hotel no se lo recomiendo a nadie. |

Mooi hotel. Mooie kamers. Prachtig zwembad. Erg lekker eten met zeer ruime keus. Winkelcentrum bij strand. Mooi strand. De kamers waren zeer gehorig. Het spa gedeelte stelt weinig voor en de massage's zijn prijzig. |

het eten was vaak klef soms zelfs koud(kan ook niet anders met zoveel mensen die tegelijk moeten eten) All inclusive formule discutabel omdat na 11 uue plaatselijke tijd betaald moet worden voor de drankjes(all In is All In toch want 2.10 euro voor een limo vind ik wel erg duur daar dit naar mijn mening geen echte limo is maar aangelengd??terwijl langs de boulevaard de drank goedkoper is . |
