The hotel is brand new..I loved it very comfortable and beautiful, but its to far away from the nearest metro station...Its like 15 minutes walking, they should have a shuttle just to take us from metro at least. the shuttle to the airport for 19 euros its is too expensive for me. |

Good staff. Nice rooms, clean, modern. Close to the airport. A bit far from metro station. It would be good if the hotel had shuttle service to the city center. |

The hotel was very clean, the room was comfortable and the staff was helpful. but not all of them spoke English well enough to be helpful. There is no metro station near the hotel. It takes at least an hour to get to the city center or to the IFEMA congress center, where I was going every day. It would be good to have a shuttle service from and to the airport. |

Amazing value for money, hotel is very nice, and rooms are modern and very clean. Flat screen TV, mini bar, and cable (although only two english channels). Free WiFi is a plus. Reception staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel is a bit out the way, but the metro can be used to go anywhere in Madrid, the metro is about 15-20 min walk. Walls are quite thin, so cleaners cleaning the room next door can sometimes be heard in the morning. Restuarant menu is not the best. |

modern, clean, friendly helpful staff. nice local bars and retaraunts in the area towards the metro. distance from nearest metro was not clear from description, and was further than it appeared on the map. |

Habitación muy bien insonorizada(con puerta en pasillo),climatización perfecta ni frio ni calor,television de pantalla plana,detalle cepillo de dientes.Curiosa cortina que se manejaba con un boton para subirla y bajarla aunque con los inconvenientes que abajo detallo. Decoracion horrible.No indicarnos el recepcionista que eran camas separadas cuando nos daba la habitación y en la foto de booking es de matrimonio.Mal trato por parte de los recepcionistas de la tarde del dia 20/6/09 lento y con desprecio nos trataron por esta razón no volvere a este hotel.Me desperte con el sol en la cara,era de dia en la habitacion,se colaba todo el sol por los laterales de la cortina(imposible de evitar).Alejado del metro. |

El precio estaba muy bien para ser un hotel de 4 estrellas. Era fácil poder aparcar en los alrededores. La estación de metro de la linea 5 está a unos 10 minutos caminando. Esta línea te lleva directamente a la parada de Sol Está alejado del centro pero con el metro de día y con el metrobus de noche se arregla todo |
