Good shower and toilet. Location good. No restaurant and bar service over the holiday period (unable to get even a coffee), minibar not fully stocked on arrival, TV channels not working in total, wifi in room expensive. |

It was clean and comfortable and relatively near to the old town. The hotel didn't have many facilities for a 4 star hotel e.g. spa, gym, swimmingpool. It doen't have much character in comparison to the boutique hotels that I prefer to visit. |

El hotel estaba bien, pero en mi humilde opinión lo veo un poco pasado de moda. Todas las prestaciones que ofrece están bien, pero le convendría modernizarse un poco teniendo en cuenta que en el plazo de dos días he tenido ocasión de compararlo con otro de las misma categoría en el mismo Vitoria y estaba bastante mejor. |

Fueronamables tanto en la recepción como en el cierre de la estancia. El hotel es bastante cómodo y es muy silencioso. No hay ruidos que molesten. Además, el hecho de tener la puerta principal cerrada a partir de una hora da cierta tranquilidad y seguridad. además, no es incómodo a la hora de entrar, ya que existe un timbre y abren la puerta rápidamente. |

La habitación estaba bastante bien, aunque el mobiliario era un poco antiguo. Lo que destaco es el baño, que estaba muy bien equipado y muy limpio. Que al seleccionar habitación doble no me especificara cama de matrimonio o dos camas. Po este motivo, me dieron una habitación de dos camas, cuando yo la quería de una. Por otro lado, la llave de la habitación es poco práctica, ya que el llavero de que dispone es grande y no te la puedes llevar contigo. Deberían modernizarse y poner lector de tarjetas en las habitaciones. |
