1)接待處女職員服務態度良好, 樂於幫助客人, 表達亦清晰令人明白 2)WiFi接收良好穩定 3)地點方便 1)房間沒有冷氣, 只有暖氣, 非常悶熱, 又多射燈, 熱上加熱. 2)電話壞. 3)風筒使用數分鐘便因過熱停止. 4)窗戶對住天井, 發出嗅味, 不能開窗. |

Great location and very comfortable rooms Pool is very small and the bar area is more like a cafe. There is very little room to relax and have a drink. |

The hotel is successfully located close to the main streets and sights of Barcelona. The shopping centre is also near by. I like the design of the hotel. Cleaning service is well and the staff is very friendly. There are a lot of problems with the connection to WI-FI. |

Good position of the hotel. The hotel is near Pl.Cataluniya where are good traffic connections (aerobus, metro, etc.) We were offered one price for breakfast and then asked to pay another. |

We disembarked a cruise ship early in the morning and went straight to the hotel to leave our luggage (we had advised them we would be doing this) .We had planned to do sight -seeing until check in was available but to our surprise they had our room ready for us already -at 10am. This was a great start to 3 lovely days there. They also had free WiFi which allowed us to advise family, friends of the details of our return flights. It was a lovely hotel with very helpful staff. |

I loved the design of the hotel. It had a beautiful staircase and I was struck by the cleanliness. It was ideally located, close to tourist attractions and shopping centre. Excellent cleaning service every day. The staff were not friendly. Often felt we were a nuisance. Also not really suitable for a family with babies. No kettle in room to heat a bottle. Always had to go down to restaurant to get bottle heated. Breakfast was quite an expensive extra. One of the rooms we occupied had only a wall as the view! |

The rooms were a good size and were very clean and had everything that you could need. The pool and fitness room were fairly small in size. |

Staff were very nice and very helpful. Adequate room size. Location was great. Easy walking distance to most of the sights and shopping. We enjoyed our stay and would come again. Mattress was on the hard side and down or downlike pillows would be better. Coffee should be offered in the room. We had to buy our own hot pot. The extra sink in the room leaked. |

Very positive staff, pretty room, great location, plentiful and tasty breakfast, fair sized indoor swimming pool and a good sauna. Constant issues with wifi internet access, advices on reception though willingly given are mostly wrong, very noisy spa area (no regulations on children behaviour), very strange working hours of hotel room service - most of the time you can't get anything but pizza, not all bathroom items were replenished during room cleaning. |

liked the location,staff were very friendly. Receptionist on our last two nights was fantastic.Rooms were spotlessly cleaned each day. no everything was up to standard,although i had requested a double bed and ended up with two singles.Other than that every thing was lovely. |

It's location I was very disappointed with the Hotel, The swimming pool was very small and not very clean. There was no proper changing area. The English language movies were not available on our television for the four days that we stayed in the Hotel. I reported the problem to reception and was told that it was going to be fixed each day, it wasn't. On the first day that I reported the problem, I was told that a member of staff would come to our room to review the problem, we waited for an hour and when I contacted reception again I was told that they were too busy with other guests checking in. The breakfast was poor value for money and we were over charged for it, because they recorded our 6 year old as an adult. |

yes i don't know if it was the hotel's fault or not but the taxi cost 28 euro from the airport to the hotel and cost 38euro for the return trip when questioned the driver said there was a charge of 7 euro charge for collection at the hotel.I do not think this is good enough I think it was a rip off and if the hotel want to follow it up I can give them more details. |

Only the location.... The hotel staff is horrible and dumb, they intially gave me the room which was extremely uncomfortable and suffocating. I had to force them to change the room at mid-night..... |
