The house was very clean and convenient. Location was good, there were taxis at the door all the time. We felt very comformtable, we rested very well.

I really liked the comfort and design of the room as well as the staff.

It wasn't very easy to find. Maybe putting a sign out in the front so that visitors can identify the hotel better.

It was lovely to stay in an apartment and have that extra space that you don't get in a hotel. Supermarket nearby for the essentials. An easy enough walk to Plaza de Catalunya, although it seemed further than it was when we stayed as the weather was hot.

The apartment is located in a typical old apartment house and is nicely remodeled - updated kitchen, bathroom etc. The location in Eixample is great and you can easily walk to places to eat and Plaza Catalunya. The lady receiving us was there as we agreed to check us in and brought us new towels during the week.

This is essentially an apartment, there are no hotel facilities and no hotel reps on site. The management has several apartments they rent. When we were there, the apartment above us had a bunch of very noisy young men staying there. Two nights they had a non stop party for several hours. It was impossible to sleep for those nights. Although there is a clear policy of no noise in the evening, when we mentioned it to the lady cleaning the apartment, she shrugged as if to say 'what can one do' ?

In an old style building and a good location for most city sights. The apartment was spacious and clean.

Our apartment was on the first floor and the front bedroom was noisy until the early hours of the morning particularly on Friday and Saturday nights however the air conditioning drowned some of the noise.

Overall is fine. We stay in family room (4-person). Double-bed: comfort and nice; single bedroom: too near the washroom, quite noisy and the bed is not comfort at all. Kitchen facilities is fine but not very clean. Air-conditional is very good. Helpful staff.

Staff cannot speak fluent English

Spacious and stylish accommodation, perfect for a family or group of friends. Less than 15minutes walk to the ramblas. Housekeeper was friendly and very helpful. We had a lovely stay.

The Barcelonaguest was in a good location, the Rambles was within easy reach and from there you can go on to explore Barcelona.

The Barcelonaguest is apartments within a residential block and at times in the early morning was rather noisy along with it being situated on a busy road with a lot of noisy passing traffic.

Everything was perfect.

Tv were receiving only national chanels. Even the national channels have poor broadcasting quality.

Friendly staff and the location which is excellent for the major Barcelona points: Plaza Espania and Plaza Catalonia.For self-catering, there are a lot of supermakets around.

Maybe a better isolation from the street noise.

location is convenient, especially from the airport. The rooms are comfortable. And the lady that received us is nice.

There is only one toilet, might be a small problem when the apartment can hold 6 people. And unfortunately the toilet is not working well when we are there, as it was the weekend, the technical people didn't come to fix it.
