Good staff, Most Clean room, Good rate

Limited TV channel, Far from Metro station

Excellent hotel, Juanjo and Jose Luis at the front desk were excellent and very helpful. It had a great location because it was close to evey place and at the same time far enough that one could rest easily at night. Loved the breakfast buffet.

my husband would have liked a better tv programming and i would have loved a gym since I'm a runner.

The concierge service was very helpful in getting us a taxi and helping us find a cinema at night .Buses information was helpful and accurate during the daytime.

I can't find any faults with the comfortable accomodations or the excellent service!

a bit costly esp. the breakfast; though it mentions about airport shuttle at a cost it is not really avaialble.

one of the male staff at its restaurant was downright rude and unhelpful though this was made up well by another lady staff during our breakfast time. breakfast was very coslty 18 euros and the spread was not that elaborate.

Very strange shaded window in the toilet. I didn't really liked blankets, they were just wraped in bed-sheets.

The breakfast had a nice variety of food available and the rooms were lovely. A little out from the Metro but good location regardless.

The english TV channels were limted to two news channels. I had asked for a quiet room which was fine as I was facing the courtyard however, the walls are paper thin and I could hear everything the neighbours were saying and doing. It didn't help that they went to bed well past mid-night either.

Quiet,spacious room,free Wi-Fi,decent buffet breakfast.Not so far from Hospital Clinic metro station.

No bidet in bathroom.

The location is not bad but not excellent - far from metro and central walking/shopping areas. Breakfast is also good.

Disorder exists. On cheking in I was given keys of ordered junior suite. When we came in supprisingly stuck upon staying in this room people! After it with excuses we were proposed another double room (the didn't have more suite free!) with excuses and cava (spanish shampagne), and 10%discount for room disgrade (really it was not disgrade as the room and terrace were perfect).So, finally all was OK!

The staff were professional, helpful and very nice. Quiet location and not far from the main attractions in the city. Has a food store on the same block which is great for a family.

Several little things that each alone doesn't amount to anything but all together they become noticable. The rooms are somewhat small for a family (2 adults and a toddler) and a little noisy. The toilet and the bathroom have these "windows" on a venting shaft, or whatever that is called, and sometime the noises travel through that as well as smells. The breakfast was not anything special and probably too expensive for what it had to offer.

Good location- the metro is only a few blocks away. There are lots of small cafes around to have breakfast in (the hotel charges €18 for breakfast!!).

The location of the hotel was perfect for site seeing, dining and hanging out at the bars.

One evening we decided to have dinner at the hotel. I knew that the dinning cafe closed at 11:00pm so we were there at 10:30pm. The guy who waited on us was rude, he acted like he did not want us to eat there. He repeatedly reminded us that the care closed at 11:00 pm even though it was only 10:30 and all we wanted was a hamburger. I found him to rude.
