The bed was very comfortable and the location was perfect. We could walk to almost anything or easily get on the metro. It was a bit noisy outside in the mornings and the window did not totally shut so the noise was more evident. There was the smell of sewage at the entrance which was a bit unpleasant upon returning to the hotel every not. I'm not sure what was causing it but it was nowhere else in the hotel. |

The great breakfast and the friendliest restaurant staff ever. The bedroom was a little bit small but that's not untypical for Europe. Tha bathroom however was huge. |

The hotel was clean, the staff very pleasant and the location was fantastic. We really enjoyed our stay and would go again. The room was small, but when you're staying in a city like Barcelona you shouldn't be sitting around in your hotel room :) |

The hotel is very central, right in the Gothic Quarter and beside the Ramblas and major shops. The reception and bar staff were very pleasant. The hotel room let in a lot of street noise, even with the terrace doors closed- not ideal for a good night's sleep. Also, the room came with just one chair. We requested a second chair which did not arrive. The air conditioning did not work on 'cold', and the terrace doors did not open - at least until we requested they be unlocked. There were no windows. The hotel had little atmosphere to offer, with just a small bar. The reception area was tiny, with no foyer. |

It is very nice hotel. At first the location is good. It is very close to the Cathedral. The hotel is very new and staff is kind. If the prcie of breakfast is more low, it would be better. We had to go outside to have breakfast. |

The hotel was stunning in design and an location for the old town and the shops. Staff were very friendly. Hotel was spotless and our room was very comfortable and spacious. We had twin beds rather than a double, but think that is fairly normal for Spain. |

Nice and clean, delicat design, comfortable bed, really nice bathroom, great breakfast buffet that you could by for 10 euros. Really good location. The wifi in the room did not work, and the staff was not helpful or able to fix it. This is a big minus, as it is promised in the description of the hotel and rooms. The woman working there was not as service minded as the men. We booked a premium room, and it was not "all that". |

Everything! The staff was beyond courteous and helpful the design was modern and beautiful, the location was superb. The upgraded our room for no reason and w/out a dollar increase. I am a seasoned traveler and this is one of the nicest places I've ever stayed in. I will always stay there when I am in bcn. Small suggestion. We had to leave early to catch a flight out and there was only decaf coffee in the room. And room service was not yet available.Consider putting caffeinated coffee in the room. |

location was excellent i upgraded to the luxury room and the picture they showed on the www, was not the room we stayed in. asked for a double bed but got 2 singles pushed together.... never good! other than that great location and good staff, just stay in the regular rooms... |

The location is perfect. It's at the end of the big shopping street in the old town, where the nice little streets begin, just perfect! Brand new hotel. Perfect for short stay. We ordered breakfast in our room = it never came. We had one of the rooms on the highest floor with terrace = don't book these rooms. It's exaclty as you see on one of the pictures, you look onto a wall, no view at all. Make sure you have a room at the front. Bathroom was very spacious, too spacious actually because you can see they planned to put bath tub there but it never came.... Shower was great (and very big). |

Great location, very close to everything important in Barcelona. Select Premium room as they are lovely large and comfortable. Breakfast could be bought for € 10 and are excellent. The hotel is only 4 months old and bear the imprint of some small start-up difficulties. We would definitely recommend the hotel and will come back again. Begynder vanskligheder. Vi havde booket et premium room. Men det fungerede ikke med aviser og vand.. Havde kæmpe problem med varme anlæget første nat - det sprøjtede 1 kilo støv ud da vi startede anlæget.. |
