The room is really big and the location is prefect for shopping and sight seeing, and there are few supermarket near the hotel, so no matter this is not a real 4 stars hotel, the price is very attractive and I will come back to this hotel again. The room is not really cleaned.... I still could found some hair which was falling down on the floor and some used and previous soap still kept on the bath tube when I just arrived the hotel!!!! The wifi is very low speed but which is free of charge, so.... I accepted! |

We arrived very early and were very kindly allowed to check-in to our room for shower and sleep after trip. Was much appreciated ! I have stayed here twice now, it is a lovely hotel. 20 mins walk to Sagrada Familia and 30 mins to Las Ramblas. |

The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful.Only 2 blocks from the station for the buses to and from gerona airport.It was clean.Rooms cleaned every day.Not too far from the arc de triomph metro stop which is great to travel around on during the day.Free water is a good idea.Air conditioning is very good. The cleaning staff are very noisy in the mornings in the corridors which is not good if you want to sleep.There is no tea/coffee making facility in the rooms.Do not avail of the taxis in barcelona,they rip off tourists. |

the hotel was new, rooms were relatively big, location was not bad but not exactly what was written on their webpage. To get to Passeo de Gracia it was good 10 minutes walk that's why I only gave fair for location. rooms were a bit noisy, especially in the mornings we could perfectly hear the cleaning staff. The fitness room was very small and jacuzzi was not working at all. Moreover, there was no swimming pool as it was somewhere written |

Suitable location near national coaches terminal and subway station. Nice contemporary and comfortable room. We didn't get breakfast because Barcelona was foul of tasty surprises that cost us much more less than it. |

Hotel was relatively clean and comfortable. Hotel entrance is quite impressive. Some nice neighbourhood cafes and tapas bars. Location was not as convenient as I expected. I thought it was closer to the metro than it was. We had a room which faced into an inner courtyard. I find the lack of natural light disturbs my sleep patterns. |

The night hotel clerk was absolutely amazing. He suggested some things for us to do in the evening, which all turned out fantastic. He was very attentive, friendly, and helpful. I found the bed quite hard, but then I have a bad back. It would be helpful if the hotel offered foamys for the bed (or had beds with pillowtop mattresses). |

A double bed comprising of one single good matress, in stead of the usual two single matresses that create an annoying crack in the middle whilst the two seperate sheets keep falling off... The supposed Gym was not complete. There were only a three or four cardio machines. Also the jaccuzi's were out of order and they were split up into a womens and a mens jacuzzi... |

Friendly staff, clean room, good facilities & good value for money. The location was a little further away from the centre than I had anticipated, and was quite deserted when walking back at night, but during the day was an enjoyable 15 minutes walk in to the centre. |
