Excellent location next Ramblas - close to sea. Quality/price was OK. Clean room and WIFI in room as well. no fridge in the room. Very noisy as heavy construction work (renovation of a lift). Minimal set of TV progams (about 10 inclusing spanish programs). |

We had booked a double for 2ppl and then last minute our friend came along. They worked everything out so we were able to have a room for 3ppl. The location was perfect!! Our room on the first floor was noisy, you could hear everything in the hall and sometimes things in other rooms. Also one elevator was under construction, so we had to wait extra long for the other as it was being used by others as well. |

The convenient location and large room size. The desk/reception staff were either rude or unhelpful when consulted, the toilet was not cleaned properly despite asking it to be redone, WIFI is only available on one floor, the furniture is very old & tattered. |

Its a nice hotel set close to La Rambla (100mtrs) in a good location and easy to get to from the main train station via metro. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was spotlessly clean with quiet aircon. Had a view of the Gaudi chimneys from our room, which was of a good size and had a spacious balcony. Right opposite the Palau Guell. Without doubt we'll be staying there again when we next visit Barcelona as long as we can get balcony rooms. |

The excellent location - proximity to La Rambla, restaurants, harbour etc. The hotel was better than we thought it would be - comfortable and a spacious bathroom. Could have done with one English speaking channel on TV! |

Easy to find, despite the roadworks. Convenient for las Ramblas and the port area of Barcelona Room service. Requested an extra pillow. By the time it arrived we were asleep! |

Plenty of space and light in the hotel. Very close to La Rambla. Air con was good. It would have been nice to have been able to make tea/coffee in our room. It was quite expensive to have a key for the safe in our room. |

Handy for central city amenities, clean and tidy. Staff not particullary helpful nice features in the hotel were let down by lack of personality of the staff. Very noisy location had difficulty sleeping due to the constant noise from the street that went on each night until 5.00am. |

The location was excellent and the room was great with a terrace and view of the Gaudi Pallau opposite The breakfast was not great and would consider not ordering it next time and going out for breakfast instead. |

location, location, location! It was brilliant, 20 paces from la rambla. We had a a Room at the back - it was fabulous, no noise at all. I will be returning And can't recommend it enough :-) |

The hotel was clean and comfortable and wonderfully placed to explore La Rambla and to enjoy the atmosphere of a truely wonderful city. It is difficult to criticise the hotel as almost everything was first class. However, the lifts were ....... a source of merriment as they appeared to work only as and when they felt like it. |
