Eurostars Grand Marina Hotel GL

The hotel is situated in the harbour, close to the Ramblas and a few taxi minutes away from the cruise terminal. The Barcelone tour buses stop in front of the hotel. Ask for vouchers (1 pp) at the front desk! Breakfast is superb.

Very good hotel and quite central

The room service

Location is great because it is very close to Rambla & very nice walking on the beach side. We are traveling 4 times a year to Barcelona and that was 1 time at that hotel. Room and bed are comfortable, staff are good & good food. Good for business and short stay not so good for romance!

I was on 7 floor with view on port but also main docking area for cruise liner, ferries that are loading and unloading every evening making room noisy and in the case of cruise boat smelling the smoke from engine. We were unable for 3 days to use the roof top patio area despite great sun & evening because of smell and noises from boat! Big deception there for us! Wish I was told about the noise and possible disturbance! Oh, on a last note the staff are all wearing communication device like secret service so that when you are talking to them they are disturbed by message recieved from other staff and they stop listening or talking or attending to your need and when they go back to you you have to repeat again and again...very very bad form!!

It was just a pleasant relaxing stay with good staff and facilities.

I'm a pianist and I wanted to play something on the piano in the piano-bar, and the staff told me it was forbidden. Since I've been playing piano for 40 years, I don't think I whould have hurt the grand piano.

Staff were Friendly, Big Rooms, Nice Decoration.

Breakfast was over priced.

the airconditioning in our junior suite was not working we were sweating all through the night for two days and when we complained we were told to open the windows for breeze to come inside i have never seen this kind of thing in a five star hotel what a shame

Very easy access from the airport by taxi and a very central position at the foot of Ramblas. the city tours passed just outside

the stafff were very helpful

staff was very helpful. after checking in we found out that hot water was flowing poorly in the bathroom. a technician came immediatley and after he couldn't resolve the problem we were moved to a beautiful suite. the concierge helped us a lot in booking great tapas places and restaurants for our dinners. the location of this hotel is excellent, both for touring the city and for relaxation as well.

The hotel was luxurious and very modern. The room we had was a great size and the view from the window was lovely overlooking Barcelona. Breakfast and room service was also very good and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The shower could have been hotter the temperature varied whilst in the shower. Also the pressure was not that strong. I would also mention that the cost of drinks in the hotel Bar was very high, compared to other 5 star hotels I have stayed in.
