The location to Nou Camp Could do with Pool table or something to keep older children i.e. 10-15 year olds entertained whilst parents have a drink at bar etc. |

The room and its facilities are good. There is another door between the bathroom and the bedroom, which reduces noises from the bathroom and the corridor. The walls are thin and I kept hearing noises from the next room. It took much time to fill up the bathtub. It's a litte bit far from the subway station though it's near the Camp Nou stadium. |

The hotel located in a quiet residential area which is away from the noisy and busy city centre. The hotel is quite close to a metro station only 10 minutes walk away. Hotel staff appeared friendly and helpful. The restaurant is spacious and food was good and plentiful. Hotel environment is eco friendly. On the second night stay the room appeared clean and tidy, however the bed linen and bathroom towels appeared clean but worn out as a 4* |

Quiet room, and free mini bar Horid smell from drains in bathroom, and very dissapointed with spa i contacted the spa before arrival and was sent a e-mail with prices it stated that the spa was 15 euro per person but after 2pm it was half price on arrival we went to the spa reception to book and was told to book for 5.30pm and it would be half price when we arrived at that time we were told it was 15 euros each but if we came back at around 7.30pm it would be half price but as we wanted to eat after the spa so we paid the 15 euros each, on our last day we asked what time to book for half price spa and was told a time but again on arrival we were asked for 15 euros so i said we would cancel then, we felt it was a con, very dissapointed, as they understood what we wanted. |

Conveneient to go to Camp Nou stadium. Spa is much bigger than expected, and very relaxing!. The family room is too small for 4 persons, If you stay only a few days, it would be OK, but if staying longer, you will feel cramped. |

It was nice staff, a little far from the cenre of city but it was quite easy to get there by metro. Camp Nou was very near. |

We really enjoyed our nights in the bar. The barmen, Raul and Taulant are really good at their job. We have stayed at the Senator for the past three years and it is nice to see the same faces there. We noticed the hotel needs a bit of an uplift. e.g. some curtains in the bar area and some upholstery may need to be replaced. |
