This hotel has got a good location in the city of Bilbao: this is very practical. During my stay, there was no problem. Some employees speak english which is very difficult to find in the city of Bilbao. The quality of this hotel is good, and the quality/price rate is one of the best in Bilbao. If you want a lower price (that's what I wanted), you will obtain a room with windows on the rear of the building. The view is very bad. The window can be treated with artificially blur, and you won't be able to look through it. I do not recommand for people with claustrophobia. However, you will be in the silence because you won't hear the noise of the street. |

Located right in the heart of Bilbao with easy walking distance to the Guggenheim and the Old city. Very happy with the staff. Would definitly recommend to book a room with balcony as we did. |

Room was very clean. Very small but clean room. Room was very noisy. Could hear other rooms using the toilets. Could hear people walking in their room above me.Opening the window(no vieuw) noise and kitchen smell!!! |

Staff excellent and general hotel standard v. good. If arriving on motorbike, there is free bike parking just along the road which was an unexpected bonus. Plenty of choice for breakfast, very quiet in hotel and also free internet which was useful. Do NOT eat in the restaurant, it was awful for dinner (breakfast v. good) and a total rip off. Also had several power cuts during the second night / morning which was a bit annoying when lights kept going off but not sure what the cause was. |

This hotel is in an excellent location to walk across the bridge into the city and to visit the Guggenheim Museum. The front desk staff was friendly and willing to offer any kind of assistance. There isn't any carpet so the wood floors creak and feel/sound kind of hollow with some echoing. I have to agree with another person's comment about the toilets...they are so loud when you flush that you can hear the flushing of the rooms around you! |

Excellent location, everything we wanted to see was within walking distance. Staff was very friendly. Restaurant is reasonably good. Inner rooms have a very depressing view of an industrial looking courtyard. |

General overview, it was a pleasant stay. The flushing of the toilet was inexplicably loud and furious, tremendous - I would say. Can you do something about it? |

The room was clean and location of this hotel is nice. Fair price. Garage location is a bit complicated. Also it was not easy to walk into the garage. The bar was closed on Sunday night. |

Good location. Rooms well appointed and comfortable; bathrooms great. No problems at all. Did not try breakfast as way too expensive considering all the good & comparatively reasonable options from cafes/bars nearby in Bilbao.Our children had a twin room which was a lot more spacious than our double room! Not great for disabled clients in spite of boasting disabled access etc! The wheelchair ramp was somewhat tricky, but we managed - just. |
