If talking about Bilbao, where parking is extremely hard to find, having parking spaces (even though charged 13 euros for 24hrs) is a relief. People at the hotel's bar should be much more friendly |

The air conditioning was not working in two diferent rooms that I was given after the failure on the first one. Because it was an exceptional hot day, the temperature inisde the room was unbelivable high! No solution from the hotel was found or given. |

Nice location - 15 minute walk into the old city centre. You have to pay to use the spa and there's no pool. Also, the WiFi is very intermittent - I lost connection roughly every 10 minutes. |

the room is clean and spacious, the bathtub was big, you need to make reservations for the sauna on busy times. we didn`t know until we went to the sauna ---- and it was actually a part of the hotel, but also a part of a fitness centre--- |

Barely no- one does speak English in the hotel except for a person at the front desk, which makes ordering Room Service from your room quite an "Experience"! + No coffee machine in the room. For a so called “4 Star”: it needs improvement on both specified subjects. |

Staff was super helpful and friendly, the price was unbeatable and the rooms comfy and nice. Great value for money! :) The location. We were aware it's not city centre and the metro is just 1 min walk away, so handy enough to get into town, but no nice restaurants or bars in within walking distance of the hotel. We had to stay in the hotel bar/restaurant, where the food was very nice though. I recommend this hotel to anyone traveling on business/just wants to have a nice room for one night. |

La distribución de la habitación y la pantalla de televisión La bañera ya que está ubiocada para poder ver la tv desde ella pero como no cerraba bien el tapón pues no se podía rellenar para poder darte un baño relajante. Además, no me parece bien que se tenga que pagar el parking exterior, cuando el coce está en la calle. |

Hotel moderno, bien situado, con todas las comodidades. Un 4 estrellas de verdad, no como muchos que no sabes de donde las han sacado. Pedimos claramente cama de matrimonio y nos dieron 2 camas. La bañera estaba sucia. |

El hotel está muy bien. Es una vergüenza que cobren el parking exterior. Ya que la ubicación es muy mala, el parking exterior debería ser gratuito. Además no se puede aparcar cerca, es una zona con tráfico muy rápido y resulta peligroso. |

Todo correcto sin nada a destacar. Solo utilizado para dormir. El parking es exterior y debe pagarse y no hay opción en la calle ya que da a via rápida. El desayuno desestimado por precio. |

La limpieza, el servicio, la tranquilidad, la cama grande, las sábanas y la almuada. El espacio de la habitación. Como el spa está gestionado por otra empresa ajena, aunque es un servicio asociado del hotel. No dar un alborboz a los residentes. Que los vestuarios esten apartados del spa y otros pequeños detalles de mantenimiento y funcionamiento, como que algunos chorros no funcionaban o que el baño turco b¡no estab ainstaldo bien, unos días frio y otros demasidado caliente. |
