the food is great the way to the hotek is very dificult. the hotel is located in a living area and not isolated as it seems from the pictures |

the owner and the staff were extremely friendly and forthcoming it was mentioned that free wireless internet was available, however the signal was very poorly and it was almost impossible to get a connection |

All staff were very welcoming. I was on crutches so the morning after we arrived they offered to move us to a more accessible room. Nothing was a problem. |

Beautiful garden, friendly, helpful and attentive staff, good restaurant, tranquility The tv-set is very small and put high up on a wall bracket, it was hard to watch it from the bed. |

The staff were all really friendly and kind, we were offered a free drink on arrival and the breakfast was outstanding The details said it was a 10 minute walk to the beach but it was at the top of a hill and would have taken alot longer than that. |

Staff were incredibly friendly, very attentive without being overbearing. Excellent standard of service. Swimming pool was lovely, food was very good and rooms were very clean and comfortable. I hesitate to put this as a dislike but the showers were a little variable with respect to the amount oh hot water availabloe but it was so hot during our stay it wasn't an issue. Better shower head fitting required though. |

En la reserva no hemos pedido un parque cuna tampoco lo solicite al llegar (debido a que a donde vaya siempre lo consiguo despues de luchar mucho tiempo) en este hotel mientras tomaba una copa de bienvenida pusieron el parque cuna sin mas. |

Cet hôtel est un petit paradis. Il vaut surtout pour son jardin, sa piscine et l'ambiance général de bien-être et de détente qu'il procure. Son personnel (qui parle très bien le français) est très sympathique et attentif au souhait du client. Bonne restauration avec notamment des plats libanais. |

En general nos ha gustado todo, pues nos hemos llevado una grata experiencia con la estancia en el mismo. Todo el personal (recepción, servicios, restaurante, etc...) es muy agradable y atento. El hotel se encuentra en una especie de microclima donde no notas el calor de estas fechas, rodeado de un hermoso y cuidado jardín. |

Hôtel bien situé, au calme dans un parc exotique fabuleux avec une piscine agréable et reposante.Accueil trés chaleureux. personnel trés disponible et discret, trés gentil et de bons services. Excellente cuisine libanaise proposée par le patron.Chambre trés propre, soignée, literie de trés bonne qualité-Terrasse à l'ombre face au jardin fort appréciable. Accès un peu difficile malgré le flèchage bien fait à partir du bord de mer.Des vraies places de parking privées seraient un plus appréciable malgré la situation de l'hotel dans un endroit calme et tranquille.Pour notre cas personnel, nous ne pouvons que remercier la direction de l'hotel qui nous a mis à disposition gracieusement sa place de parking privé |

Bel hôtel, situé dans la montagne à 10 minutes des plages. Personnel courtois, serviable, Bonne cuisine. Les chambres sont propres, rénovées et l'accès wi-fi est disponible près de la réception. |

This is not a five star hotel. It is much better - it is paradise. Very good room, some with a view. Breakfast is the best we have ever had and served at your table. Fantastic surroundings and an excellent restaurant with a good wine list. The service is fantastic. A 15 minutes walk to the beach. We will go back to this place as soon as possible. |

Kozen dit hotel voor onze huwelijksreis omdat het klein was en het een zwembad had. Het bleek echter zo veel meer te zijn want de ontvangst en vriendelijkheid van personeel was schitterend en ook eten was enorm lekker. Voor ons was het gewoon een week in het paradijs en hadden niet beter kunnen kiezen. |

Hyggeligt godt afslappet hotel, med fremragende restaurant, personale og ejer der hyggede om gæsterne, roligt kvarter og smuk have og pool. ! i det hele tager en overordentlig god oplevelse. En enkelt bemærkning ! Dørene i øverste værelsesrække der vender ud mod gaden - bør være mere tætte - der mangler dørtrin - lyd trænger meget igennem... Måske et parkeringsareal andet sted... |

Rauhallinen ja viihtyisä hotelli jossa oli erinomainen pieni mutta viihtyisä ravintola ja hyvä uima-allas auringonottopaikkoineen palmujen ja rehevän puutarhan keskellä. Vuoteet olivat melko kovat ja parkkipaikkoja suhteellisen niukasti ja suomalaisittain ajatellen ainakin ne olivat melko ahtaita. Hotelli sijaitsee melko korkealla mäenrinteessä, joten kävellen sinne kiipeäminen kuumana päivänä on melko hikistä puuhaa, eikä sovi huonokuntoiselle. |
