Only one member of staff spoke English, even that was basic. The large barmaid. Everything was too much trouble for her. |

It is a 2 star hotel and you shouldnt expect too much. But for a 2 star hotel it is so good. There is even wi-fi in the rooms. The rooms are clean. You can walk to the beach in 10 minutes. There is only one English speaking staff I think and she was staying only morning to the noon. |

Well situated hotel within easy reach of the marina, city centre and the railway station. Staff friendly and helpful. A pleasant stay. The noise of the ´basura´ lorry passing along the street at approx 2am - not a good time to be woken up!! |

Efficiency (nothing went wrong!), central location, modern sizeable room, budget price, felt more like a Spanish, than an international, hotel. It's likely that there are bad 3-stars compared to this one. Pity there was no balcony in my room nor a public lounge to relax in when in hotel (cafeteria bit small and busy, though nicely full of locals), but in a 2-star city hotel, these cannot always be expected. |

The hotel bar. Is a real Spanish bar (not a typical hotel-soulless type bar) with lots of locals dropping in. Excellent location for shopping and the seafront/beach/port is 10mins walk.Free breakfast inclusive in price (again real Spanish breakfast in the bar).Friendly staff. Well run.No curfew. The airco when turned up (for higher temps) created a loud buzzing sound easily audable from inside the room. (However, how often is anyone in Alicante going to use the airco for turning room temp up?) |

nice and central for a city break, no need for a car, on the day i arrived i could not speak a word of spanish and your staff did not give up on me all week, at the end of the week i could get by with the basics which was very good as a it can be daunting in another country on your own. |

The hotel is situated opposite a nightclub and the noiuse was horrendous. We spent 2 sleepless nights due toi the noise coming from the street.The arrangements for breakfast were ridiculous. The cafeteria attached with staff that were rude. Unable to make own selection, continenral breakfast was offered as one crossoint and a small cup of tea !!!! |
