The staff was nice and helpful. The room was small but clean and has the hotel has been renewed recently it was quite pleasant. The breakfast was really poor and you could hear the other guests in their room. |

Its location is amazing, in the centre of the city, in a very good and safe area. Its basic but extremely clean,you couldnt expect any more for that fantastic price of €55 for 2 people including breakfast, very rare in this day and age.Staff really helpful. Rooms small, luggage room in an awkard place, very difficult to bring cases up and down with no help from staff,,used to store bycicles, room not locked. |

We unfortunately met with a problem whilst in Valencia,my wife had her handbag stolen,in the City.However the staff at the hotel were excellent in helping us contact police and finding a taxi for us to get to the police station.Excellent help and assistance. No,it was located in the right place that made getting around the City easy. |

Enjoyed my stay ....very central location....shortwalk from station.One recommendation for the hotel: the floor of the shower is extremely slippery and quite dangerous, especially as there is no hold-bar within the shower. |

The location of the hotel is very central, which is great. The room was small but comfortable, the bathroom was newly refurbished. The hotel staff was very friendly. The breakfast was poor. Each person gets two slices of toast bread and a croissant with a marmalade and butter. No cheese, eggs or ham or anything else. |

Visiting Valencia it was a incredible surprise ! This city is one of the most sensitive and special that we ever saw. The hotel it was just one of the good things we found there. ....Not anything wrong. Maybe the breakfeast.... |

The hotel was in a veery convenient location. The staff at breakfast were very rude, as they tried to clear my food away as I was still eating it! |

the location was just perfect! Never get bored at evenings - very close to shopping centres, to cafes and restaurants also cinemas. easy to arrive to Xativa and Colon metro stations. no individual air conditioning, may be cold in winter season. |

The very central location, a very friendly reception staff (sometimes even too friendly), very good value for money. All the previous evaluations we found on the website helped a lot regarding what we should expect. But the breakfast could have had a richer choice of food and the breakfast area could be a bit bigger (including here the tables and chairs). Nice bathroom, but very small everything, including not enough space between toilet and sink. |

The location was excellent, less than 2 minutes from the Plaza Ayuntamiento and then on into the Old City. Equally convenient for restaurants and bars, museums and the theatre. The rooms were more than adequate and the beds were firm and comfortable, just how I like them. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, even helping with my Spanish on occasion. Good choice on the breakfast buffet. The heating system could not be controlled individually and the room became sometimes too warm (we stayed in November) and it would be useful to have a kettle in the room. |
