hotel itself was average, location O.K. with a park adjacent and near to the bus for the hanging houses. although the rooms were fitted with air-con, ours did not work and reception were not very helpful. |

The staff first said that there was no reservation, than took ages to find itthe hotel is not in the centre of the town - as described in your presentation - but at the bottom of the hill in the modern part of the town; it takes a steep 20 minutes walk to get to the historical centre; the bathroom was not properly cleaned |

A typical modern hotel with with no special features. The reception staff on arrival was apalling and made us most unwelcome.The Hotel location was not close to the historic areas as expected. no proper room service. No information in the room regarding any hotel facilities or tourist information. |

La atencion del personal de recepcion y la facil localización a la entrada de la ciudad. Trasmision de ruidos excesiva por las conducciones del agua y entre habitaciones, y falta de tacto en personal de basuras y de limpieza del hotel, por producir ruidos por depósito de vidrios a las 8,30 horas uno y entrar sin llamar previamente a las habitaciones las otras. |
