Don't be put off ( if possible) by the smell outside the hotel as the rooms were very clean and no smell in hotel .... well actually there is a string clean smell in the halls. Hotel is very close to La Rambla and the Beach.

The Air Conditioning in my room did not work. When I found out other rooms were working I advised reception, at which point they did offer to change my room. Also the 1st receptionist we met was not friendly and gave impression he did not want to help. However only a small thing and did not effect us.

Perfectly situated, at a walkable distance to major attractions of the city. Spatious rooms compared to big city hotels. Very clean (they were makin up the room even in the afternoon, when the morning was not available because of us)

A little weird to phone from 11:00 asking "when do you leave" allthough the check out time is 12:00. Anyway, a small issue.. not that important

cleanliness and location

The staff were pleasant and helpful.The location was central and easy to get to the main points of interest .The hotel and room was clean.

Drinking water could be offered to clients near the reception dest area in the entrance.

Although we were two people and stayed 2 nights,they offered only two small shampos.

Had a great view over the city with a roof top terrace and ideal location right on the Marina front

Great location near the port but close enough to Las Ramblas too and only a really short walk away from de Francas train station so really easy to get to from the airport

Quiet,clean,well-run,spacious room,close to town, park, beaches, train and metro station. Direct train from airport to within 2 blocks of the hotel.

Me encanto la estructura del hotel, creo que esta muy bien remodelado manteniendo el encanto de la antiguedad, tambien su ubicación y el tamaño de las distintas habitaciones.

Considerando que la cafetería esta unas pocas horas en la mañana abierta y que tienen muy poco personal en la recepción, deberían de tener una máquina de hielo a mano de los pasajeros (he tenido que esperar más de 2 horas para obtener un poco de hielo) y no en la cocina, teniendo tambien que aguantar al quejarme yo de la demora que se me contestara de muy mal modo "y qué quiere Ud.? este es un hotel de 3 *..." o que me digan que no me lo pueden dar porque las mucamas estan almorzando (lo hacen todas juntas ?) Todo esto con 35 grados de calor a las 14:30 hs...y tampoco pude hacer uso del wifi en mi habitación ya que fue imposible abonarlo por internet con tarjeta Visa cosa que tambien intento hacer un empleado del hotel (el único realmente con ganas de ayudarme) con resultado negativo.
