The breakfast and evening meals were tasty and varied. The room was small but adequate. The value for price paid was excellent. The hotel location away from the saturated beach areas was a definite plus.

Staff and facilities were excellent

Allocated a very noisy room where rubbish bins were moved at approximately six oclock every morning and people leaving night club underneath sometimes noisy

The hotel is nice, the rooms are clean, the pool area is nice and the heated pool is an advantage. There are a few restaurants, a supermarket, a pharmacy and a taxi stop near the hotel.

The staff was not very helpful, some were outright rude. The hotel is close to a motorway, so in many rooms you will hear noice. The hotel is quite far from the beach, but the walk is nice, taxis are cheap and there is a free bus three times a day, so it is not such a huge disadvantage.

The hotel is spotless, even the gardens and pool areas.

Loved the room. Gorgeous view of the ocean, lovely balcony. The selection of food for breakfast and dinner was really good - I stuffed my face in the mornings and the evenings. It's a beautiful hotel, btw, walking into the reception area is great and the pool area is gorgeous.

there was no kettle or tea or blow dryer in the room, which surprised me as it was such a nice hotel. My shower was not very powerful, so having a shower was a bit disappointing, and keeping the showerhead in place was a real balancing act as it kept moving up and down. I spoke to others in the hotel but they said they had a really powerful shower so it must have just been mine.

la comida estaba bien aunque sin gran variedad

las limpiadoras entran sin tocar y te dicen que salgas que tienen mucho trabajo, parece que bajan los precios para llenar el hotel, se les llena de canarios y no les hace mucha gracia...

la atencion de la responsable del hotel fue excelente.lo recomiendo para familias no para solteros o divorciados. en cuanto a precio es inmejorable pero esta lejos de todo lo que supone alquilar un coche pues que el servicio de autobuses gratis para el regreso de la playa es muy temprano, el ultimo esta a 16h30.

es mas un hotel para familias con niños.sencillo, todo se paga a parte...caja fuerte en el dormitorio... y en media pension: cuidado las bebidas no estan incluidas lo que supone pagar a cada vez que se va o tomar bebida durante la comida o cena y tener dinero suelto encima. los producto o platos propuestos son de lo mas sencillos.

Pues el servicio muy bueno,la piscina y la comida

Por la noche en el expectaculo no entraba las bebidas,habia ke pagarlas.

En general me ha gustado todo, el hotel ofrece lo máximo dentro de su categoría.

El personal de recepción podría ser un poco más simpático. No me han tratado mal, todo lo contrario, pero una sonrisa no cuesta nada y hace mucho.

La habitacion está bastante bien, al igual que la piscina.
