helpful and friendly receptionist, it's central location made up for the negatives it was quite noisy until midnight but it was because of the quality of soundproofing, there was also a strong smell of smoke there are no non smoking rooms apparently |

Very close to the train station, easy to find. Staff was helpful, room was small but clean. Nice commons room where a group gathered to watch a football game. Rooms were secure, and the bathrooms were decent. It was very loud - no soft surfaces on the floor or walls, so sounds were magnified when people walking down the hallway, or you could hear the people in the adjacent rooms |

The central location was great - ideal to visit everything. The parking arrangements were really good as we did not need to use the car during our stay. The staff at the hotel were excellent - friendly, informative and helpful. |

Friendly, lively and helpful staff. The rooms were quite dark and carpeting didn't quite fit, however, it was clean and for a one night stay it was adequate. Breakfast was basic. |

When we are checking out,we payed 90 euro. But the front lady misunderstood it's 70 euro. We told her to pay back correct change,she started getting angry and shouted ''Take it!'' to us with correct change.And showerhead was broken.In addition,the bathroom was not clean completly. |

Lo mejor ha sido la amabilidad y el trato recibido. El desayuno está bien. La habitación estaba bien, con camas cómodas y limpia. Bien el baño, con secador. También bien el aparcamiento, con ascensor directo al hotel. El aparato de aire acondicionado es muy ruidoso. |

El trato amable del personal. El precio del parking. El cuarto de baño es muy pequeño y la bañera y la ducha son impresentables. Entrar en la bañera para ducharse es hasta peligroso, por lo difícil del acceso. Es curioso, pero si se cierra la mampara de la ducha no tienes espacio para ducharte. |

Nicht besonders viel, einzig die Sauberkeit des Hotels wäre hervorzuheben. Die Zimmer waren in Ordnung, auch eine Tiefgarage hatte das Hotel zu bieten ( 8 € / Tag ). Das Francabel ist sehr hellhörig. Der Service läßt zu wünschen übrig, die Mitarbeiter wirken eher wie Aushilfen, die oftmals überfordert scheinen. Auf das Frühstück im Hotel haben wir aufgrund angestaubten und in die Jahre gekommenen Essensräume verzichtet. - Wir waren mit dem Auto 7 Tage in Kastilien-La Mancha unterwegs, das Francabel war das teuerste und schlechteste Hotel. |
