Good value for money hotel within easy walking distance of city. Easy on site parking and value meals available in the hotel. Staff very helpful with good english.

Convenient for A7 motorway stopover.On site parking. Walk or bus into Girona.Tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms.

Lack of local knowledge .However, we were told how to get to the tourist office. Very slow service in the dining room which seemed under-staffed. We definitely did not get value for money in the restaurant. On our last visit the food and service were excellent.

The value of the hotel compared to price. The buffet breakfast was the best I've had in Spain.

Short journey from the airport. Reception staff friendly and well informed. Excellent variety of food for breakfast and they served until 11am!

My only complaint would be that our room was in the stair well which made it very noisy due to other guests going to their rooms. If I had been staying any longer than one night I would have asked for a change of room. No hot water in the morning.

Decent enough 3* hotel. The walk to and from town if you take the route through the park is nice and very quick.

Cleaning product smell was overwhelming when we arrived. Drains and water pressure made shower near unusable. Staff though friendly and well meaning were actually clueless when it came to advising how to get into town by foot or public transport. A day's training would make this place very good.

Location was not great for walking in and out of city centre at night.

Staff were friendly and helpful. All services were as to be expected. Convenient for Gerona centre and good parking facility. Room had good controllable Air Con. Room rates were good. Very pleased and looking forward to a return visit soon

Room was clean but not all items used were replaced - this is a minor comment only as generally very pleased.

The pool - the only one we could find in town. Hotel clean, rooms fine, staff pleasant, very reasonable rates. Location ok as long as you are prepared for a fairly long walk in to centre and some traffic noise at the pool.

The only potential issue with the hotel is it's location. It's a good 20 minute walk to the centre with nothing but a supermarket and a small cafe on the route. The route involves walking along the perimeter of a hospital and supermarket car park. There is no need to walk on the the main road but there isn't a dedicated pavement all the way in to town. Personally we don't find this a problem and enjoy the walk. We've stayed at the hotel twice. Once with the kids and once as a couple.
