A wonderful room with a view, good food, and comfort.

One has to wait for a long time to check-in

Fantastic food on half board offer, free champagne and room upgrade to junior suite for our honeymoon. The pool area is like a suntrap and great for nrelaxing and topping your tan up. Accesibility to all that playa de las americas has to offer is great.

Lots of older couples and groups at the hotel wouldnt reccomend to a clubbing holiday but was great for a relaxing break. Also our 'double bed' was actually 2 singles so my new husband often dissappeared down the gap between the 2 beds!!! All in all though a fantastic holiday thanks to all at h10 will return asap!

Good location, good food, no critical (for us) disadvantages.

Partly disassembed power socket - might not be good for children, door to the bathroom did not latch, the key cards require quite an enormous amount of skill to use, queue at the entrance to the restaurant, queue at the exit (!) from the restaurant (they require all drinks to be paid for immediately), all the noises from the corridor can be heard in the rooms.

the music close to the swimming pool too long during the evening

failure to offer efficient laundry service.

Poco espacio para ubicarse en la piscina. Es una verdadera aventura encontrar sitio.

Linistea care se regaseste in interiorul hotelului,piscina atat cea interioara cat si ce exterioara si serviciile oferite de angajatii hotelului

Atrakcje organizowane przez hotel

Bardzo mila obsluga,czysto,pokoje sprzatane kazy dzien,super basen i blisko do oceanu oraz centrum handlowego.Jedzenie wysmienite w postaci szwedzkiego bufetu.Polecam opcje half board albo all inclusive bo Teneryfa ogolnie jest droga.

NIe podobalo mi sie,ze ludzie rezerwowali miejsca na basenie rzucajac tam swoj recznik po czym znikali na pol dnia.Schodzac po sniadaniu na basen nie bylo juz wolnego miejsca przy basenie i wolnych parasoli.Ale to nie zastrzezenie do hotelu tylko do gosci hotelowych
