la comida estaba buena,bastante variado el bufett,los empleados muy amables desde la recepcion hasta la chica de la limpieza esta un poco viejo,pero casualmente al otro dia de salir ,vimos en las noticias que iban a cerrarlo unos meses para reformarlo |

La posición frente al mar y al lado de la playa con accseso directo ALgunos enchufes de la habitación no sirven para cables como por ejemplo el cable del ordenador portatil para conectarlo a la luz, y tampoco hay wifi en las habitaciones. |

zeer prettig hotel met fantastisch uitzicht op zee. personeel is zeer attent zowel bij receptie als tijdens diner/ontbijt. zeer aan te bevelen bij andere mensen voor rustige overnachting met alle comfort. ik betrapte mijzelf op pijn in de rug door het matras. mijn vrouw heeft hier geen last van gehad, maar de matrassen waren over het algemeen vrij hard. |

De kamer was ruim en we hadden weinig last van lawaai. Het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De maaltijden waren niet zo gevarieerd en niet van dezelfde kwaliteit als was beschreven vorige jaren. Dit werd bevestigd door een ander koppel dat het hotel al eerder had bezocht en zei dat het vroeger beter was. Dit neemt niet weg dat het eten wel goed was en er voldoende was.De badkamer had duidelijk al te lijden onder het veelvuldig gebruik en was toe aan een grondige onderhoudsbeurt. |

het mooie weer, grap[je. De kamers waren goed (alleen nog een beetje verouderd maar daar werd hard aan gewerkt, zagen we) Het eten, als je wat later kwam eten (eten van 6 tot half 10) 9 uur dan was alles al lauw en gingen ze al beginnen aan het afruimen en het inruimen voor het ontbijt. (zeer storend ) en dat je niet buiten op het terras kan eten. |

piscinas agradables en su entorno (excepto la piscina climatizada que de climatizada no tenía nada). El personal del hotel es muy amable y con mucha esperiencia en atención al público los baños de las habitaciones tienen grifos y lavabos muy viejos. Cortinas dignas de hotel de 2*. Los pasillos con moquetas muy deterioradas. En conclusión el hotel no creo que Booking lo debe ofertar como hotel de 4*. Nos llevamos una decepción al llegar porque elegimos pagar algo mas que otros hoteles. Este hotel nos dijeron que es el mas antiguo de la Playa de las Américas |
