Good view, near the beach in a good place. By the time I book 2 nights and I need one night more, by the time when I arrive at the hotel I said that I need more one night and they said Ok. At the 3rd day for the 3rd night they kick me out. They had my mobile phone and dint contact me. So at the end I arrive at the hotel at 19:20 and in 10 minutes I have to pick my bag and go out. This is the first that thing happen to me unbeliever, |

this was our second stay at the hotel, we were very impressed the first time we stayed and this was the reason for booking again, it is a very modern clean and comfortable hotel and I would highly recommend it |

Right on the beach, close to the marina and relatively close to the subway ( but not if you have a heavy suitcase) so its easy to enjoy the sun during the day and go into Bilbao in the evening for dinner.The room was very nice and the internet connection very good. I didn't have breakfast in the hotel as it was way too expensive. |

Location Lack of dining facilities in the hotel, the resturant next door closed during our stay ie the last w/e of Sept and other facilities were few and far between. |

Rooms with sea views... beds kept rolling around as you moved on them... not for couples! Very well designed rooms and decor excellent. Poor information about services - no information leaflets whatever in the rooms, nothing about charges for the supplied laptop in the room. Workmen drilling the outside walls and fixing meant a lot of noise even with the windows closed. Very hard to find this hotel when driving from the airport, poorly signed in the area. Staff seemed struck dumb. |

i liked the free access to internet, with a laptop installed in all the rooms i didn't like not being inforñed that all common parts were under construction. They are renewing reception and restaurant, but it will look good at the end...Luckily the rooms were already done and looking very nice. |

Por supuesto su situación estratégica frente al mar. Tener la playa a, literalmente, un paso de hall de entrada es un lujo. Además, cuenta con un cuidado y moderno diseño que enamora y hace que la estancia sea exquisita. El baño era soberbio, con una columna de hidromasaje fantástica. Quiza que la habitación fuera un tanto pequeña. Aunque, era más que suficiente y muy bien preparada. |

De douche en gratis internet de rest. Kamer zonder ramen aan de binnenkant. Desigwastafel waardoor het water overal terecht komt behalve in de wasbak. Alles klein en smoezelig. Ben er nu 4x geweest maar wel voor het laatst. |

Hotel is gerenoveerd, maar hier en daar is men wat vergeten. Als je om de nieuwe snufjes heen kijkt is en blijft het een oude bende. De kamers met zeezicht zijn veel duurder. Al met al geen value for money. |
