proximity to central location....very well situated for all attractions

rooms were tiny, very noisey in the morning with staff cleaning rooms and hoovering halls...no tea or coffee making facilities in room...reception staff not very helpful, breakfast costly for basic food in unattractive restaurant setting

accessability to all locations and the free use of the bicycles and the excellent breakfast

There was no privacy between the bedroom and the bathroom, no ventilation in the bathroom, the air condition system was ineffective and very noisy, the bedside lamp mechanism did not operate properly, the emergency escape plan as displayed in the room was not representative of the actual hotel layout and would have been very confusing if the was an actual emergency.

The hotel is well located near Callao and Grand Via metro stations. It has free internet and the rooms are stylish and comfortable.

They began construction in the hall outside my room at 7 am, which they might mean they are expanding the lobby. The lobby at present is rather shabby and is only a pass-through to the stairs and elevator.

There was construction going on in the hotel and we had to walk over construction debris to get to our room. The room was old looking and was not clean. The hotel was also loud. We considered moving to another hotel but as we were only staying one night we did not do so.

Ter ficado bem no meio da muvuca, isto quer dizer, bem no meio do grande afluxo de pessoas bonitas e educadas indo e vindo pelos bares, restaurantes e lojas.

A suite 506 e muito pequena para cama de casal, no meu caso, viajando sozinho, isso prejudicou o acesso a varanda, que, a proposito, estaja bem desleixada, por falta de uso. A cama bloqueia seu acesso.

en general todo me a gustado, la habitacion, el desayuno esta completito,en general no tengo nunguna queja.

se echaba de menos una piscina o algo jeje porque hacia mucha calor , pero nos a gustado vastante.

La habitación era excelente y super amplia
