工作人员非常热情，英语也都听得懂。房间很大，很舒适，我们夫妻两个人住了一个两室一厅的套间，有点浪费了。酒店位置也好，离地铁不远，就在圣家堂眼前。我们强烈推荐这家酒店。 |

The rooms were very luxurious and lovely to stay in. The location was pretty good near to a Metro Station and the surrounding area is quite lively with many places to eat and drink and yet still quiet in the evenings. A fantastic hotel!! Bit noisy from the main street but not a major problem. |

it had all the comforts of a good hotel but with the freedom of an apartment, we stayed for 4 nights but got no extra shampoo or shower gel except what was there on the first night. |

We were only at the hotel for one night but we would have loved to stay longer. The room was very clean, it had two bathrooms and two bedrooms. The furnishings were very nice with a small kitchen. The breakfast area was very classy and airy although the food offered was basic but enough to get you going in the morning. |

Very chíc. You really get all the benfits from having a complete appartment with those of a hotel (maid service, cleaning etc). Excellent rates and the associated restaurant was wasted by people not using it. My only niggle was the small bath but this apparently was excellent for my hobbit sized partner. Cleaning was a little rushed but this was rectified immediately when raised to the front desk. |

Very impressive for the price. A lot of attention given to quality of facilities and needs of patrons. For example our unit had a clothes washer/dryer which came in very handy since we had been traveling. |

It was dirty and cold when we arrived, the following morning we asked the AC system to be repaired, but we were told we were just us complaining, We ask the soiled bedlinen to be removed and we never get any replacement. Heating/ AC didn't work. Breakfast was bad quality and with poor selection |

The apartment hotel was gorgeous - our suite was perfect with two bathrooms between the four of us and a lovely balcony looking across to the towers of the Sagrada Familia. Close to the Metro so it was very convenient for getting into the city centre and the buffet breakfast included was a fantastic start to the day. The staff were very helpful and friendly. |

A very confortable and clean room. And all of staff are very kind. Thank you so much for your help to conect wireless internet! Although there was a LAN-jack in the room, I wasn't able to conect the internet via cable. But it's not big problem. |
