Holiday Inn Express Málaga

The hotel is great value for money if you need some were to stay for a night close to the airport. It is close to Torremolinos beach which is lovely. The staff was fantastic and the breakfast was generous.

Polite and efficient staff at reception. Reasonably convenient for hire car drop off at Malaga airport and overnight stay before early morning flight departure. Ice dispenser.

Nowhere to eat round about - the cafe along the road at makro is a tip. Location on a dusty dual carriageway. 15 Euro minimum charge for a short taxi fare from and 15 euro back to the terminal is a bit steep. I had anticipated the hotel would be within easy walking distance of the terminal - as Express is in Glasgow Airport.

While close to the airport, it is an expensive taxi ride, 15 euro, to go about 1km. There are no restaurants within walking distance.

The bar was closed when we arrived. The only food available was from the vending machine. My companion ate a sandwich from the machine and became very ill for 24 hours.

as close as it is you can't walk from the airport to the hotel while the taxi rates are high in Malaga. signing to the hotel is lacking

Reception staff were very helpful. The family room was very comfortable and the breakfast was fantastic. We were near the airport for our next day departure and the hotel had internet and bar.

We chose the nearest hotel to the airport for an overnight stop only. The reception staff were very pleasant and efficient. The room was clean, adequate for our needs.

We were surprised to find that the hotel is not actually on the airport site and there was not a shuttle service. The food was very basic. Not the sort of place to enjoy an evening meal.

The minimal yet beautiful room. The functionality of the design. The modernity and elegance of the fixtures, carpeting and accoutrements.

The lack of a restaurant and delivery options. The only food available for delivery was awful and not prepared according to my order. The expense incurred in order to watch more than four television channels. The only news reports were in Italian and the English feature on the menu did not function.

The location. The hotel is quite all right to stay overnight when travelling from or to Malaga Airport, which is just a few minutes away.

The location. As the hotel is situated in an industrial area close to the highway it´s not much you can do there except to sleep or to have a meal in the restaurant, which is not too exciting.

Airport access for non car drivers very tricky. 15 Euros to travel 1km is excessive. The hotel should orovide a courtesy bus oreven a paid service. The local bus service is too erratic.
