Great view from the room. Marvelous swimming pools and very tasty food on breakfast. Hotel looks great outside and the ladies in reception and very friendly and helpful. We spend great time there. Lovely. Number of stairs you have to rich to enter your suite, thankfully there is a fast lift. Hotel is situated high on the mountain so it's quite far from the beach,there is a bus though. |

Friendly staff; large clean swimming pool. 1 bed apartment was large and overall comfortable. Not a 4 star, hotel not maintained in places and targeting a mass-tourist client base, hence average in every way (average food, average drinks served, average entertainement). Let's say a 90's hotel on a island still stuck in the 80s |

friendly staff, swimming pools in excellent condition, choice of food for breakfast and dinner very good road directly into hotel in very poor condition, would suggest that it is dangerous, partularly for parents with children. You are walking down a mountain path with no hand rail. |

good food First, the road leading to the hotel was full of potholes- very difficult to drive along. The hotel is set in the mountains and divided into blocks, with a separate lifts for each block. Getting to our room (in the the top block) meant using a lift, then going up a flight of stairs/ramp to the next lift, and so on, three times. Being pregnant, this was extremely impractical and made me not was leave the hotel room or go back once I had left the room. The pools were small and the area around them felt claustrophobic. |

La comida es bastante variada; en general el hotel está bien Está muy mal pensado: para ir del comedor a la habitación teníamos que coger tres ascensores, caminando bastante. El servicio para bajar a la playa (que está bastante lejos) no es bueno (sólo hay uno al día, a las 9.15 de la mañana, y de vuelta a las 13.00) |

Een heel goede prijs/kwaliteitsverhouding, lekkere buffetten, het zwembad was verwarmd en er waren voldoende ligzetels, zonnig terras en mooi uitzicht door de iets hogere ligging iets verder van het strand en de weg ernaartoe te voet was niet echt aangenaam, wij namen een huurwagen dus dit was niet direct een probleem |

Ruhige Lage und sehr gut geeignet für Ausflüge auf die Insel. Sehr freundliches Personal. Sehr gutes Essen. Schöne und sauber gepflegte Anlage.Kann dieses Hotel nur empfehlen !!!! Wir wollen im Frühjahr wieder neu buchen. Leider kein guter Fußweg zum Strand. |

Los atardeceres desde la piscina del acantilado y sus vistas. La tranquilidad que se siente y te relaja. El agua de la piscina del acantilado está muy fria y no te apetece estar mucho tiempo dentro de ella. Que no tengan en la carta de vinos los canarios. Que no esté abierto el restaurante de la cabaña. |

Panoráma,luxus kivitelü bútorok,melegített medence,tisztaság,nagy ételválaszték, kíváló minőségi ételféleségek, gyors kiszolgálás Nem tájékoztattak,hogy a nagyon meredek a szálláshoz vezető út. Hiányos balesetveszélyes járda vezet hozzá. Este kivilágítatlan. Nem volt tájékoztatás mikor és honnan közelíthető meg a meglévő hotel busz szolgáltatás, amiről már csak ott a helyszínen kaptunk tájékoztatást/ előre kellett volna emaalen, pl Mogán kikötőbe, vagy a Tauritó strandon is fellehetett volna szállni rá, ha tudjuk. |

Simpatia e disponibilidade dos funcionários para fazer o check out à hora que nos convinha. Qualidade da comida, apesar de não haver uma grande variedade. Ao fazer a reserva pedimos para ficar num quarto onde não fosse necessário apanhar vários elevadores e tivemos um quarto no 1ro edificio, pelo que o acesso era muito bom. Excelentes vistas. |

Perfect Hotel, prachtig zwembad met een superuitzicht op de zee. Eten/buffet was meer dan goed. Alles prima. Veel trappen/lift ligt op berghelling: als je slecht ter been bent minder. Slechts 1 klein strandje, je kunt geen strandwandelingen maken. |

Personalets hjælpsomhed i forbindelse med en laser nethindeoperation på min kone. Jeg undre mig hvorfor vi ikke kunne komme i betraktning med "tag 7 overnatninger og betal for 6" som hotellet reklamere med. |
