Location Too much noise,staying at the 13 floor even so there was too noisy because there's a high traffic street up front. The windows should be better isolated.The staff was not very friendly very poor Spanish, the breakfast was very weak.The price too high for the conditions of the hotel. |

The architectural design of the hotel.The atmosphere was warm. The room was spacious, the bed very comfortable and the bathroom was a good size. The free mini bar was a nice surprise. The lack of a bar. And, no drawers in the bedroom and no safe. |

Perfect location if arriving by boat. Rooms very clean and comfortable. Fantastic views. Staff friendly and helpful. Great pool area. Not many good restuarants/bars in immediate vicinity. However, there are many just a short taxi ride away. |

Great location, very stylish and comfortable hotel. Staff were great, very helpful. Pillows were so comfortable you won't be able to get up! No parking. Need to pay €15 per day in nearby car park. Balconies were great but no seating provided. |

Situation No chears in balcony,Breakfast really too expensive,mostly quests went to have breakfast to nearby bars.16€ It should be maximum 10€!!!! |

The hotel was worth for money. Clean rooms and location near the beach. Due to traffic and wind it might occasionally be bit noisy. Breakfast was too expensive for value traveller like us. Pool cannot be used in rainy days. However, i would recommend this hotel. |

Staff were friendly and curteous. Location is quite good, near beach and many restaurants. Internet service was exorbitant, about 5 euro per hour. An absurd cost. Also, breakfast was an extra 16 euro per person which is certainly overpriced when compared to restaurant prices nearby. Gym quite limited and 'swimming pool' freezing. |

Very friendly, helpful and efficient staff. Bright, clean and very comfortable rooms. Excellent location with fantastic views across the beach from our 18th floor room. Perfect for long walks along the lively promenade (or beach). Wide selection of excellent restaurants close by. Atmosphere in the city was great with lots to see and do - excellent bus service making travelling around easy. |

lovely hotel,only stayed one night as we sailed in and the flight was the next day,so it was good one big problem was the bar was closed all day so that was not good at all |

Great views of the beach, nice with gym included, nice with free minibar in the room (water, beer, coke). Nice pool area at the roof. The breakfast is very expensive, and gives poor value for money! In the mall "El Muelle" across the street you can get breakfast for 2 euros in Bocatta. Also WIFI is too expensive. (However we found another network nearby that was free.) |

Friendly people. Plenty places to shop and eat. Fabulous beach. Not guest friendly first floor. Poor coffee shop. Not enough English speaking staff or information for an International hotel |

Hotelli ei ketrtonut etukäteen, että huonelasku 31.12.2008 saakka piti maksaa viimeistään 31.12. Tho Hotel did not tell in advance that the room bill had to by payed 31.12. i.e. before the end of the year. This sould be told before. The woman at the desk was unfreandly, when I tried to change this and pay 2.1. when we left. |
