The breakfast was rich and very good, the room large and confortable altought the sight wasn't so good, the staff very friendly and helpful I think the walls were very thin because we could hear every noise in the next room!however, not so noisy! |

the room was clean and the bed very comfortable. at first I did not go for the modern minimalist furniture and decoration, but I got used to it and liked it. On one aspect the Hotel beats many others, its view over the Canteras beach is splendid. A good chance to do some much needed exerciese for me. The location of the hotel is also excellent, with all kinds of colourful Spanish type small and big restaurants, a big supermarket and tourist shops very close. For some peculiar reason the sheet of my bed had an unpleasant-looking stain in the middle, though everything else in the room was clean. But when I asked the staff to change it they were very apologetic and changed it. Also, the toilet ran out of water one night! It was o.k. in the morning. These are compartively small things compared to the pluses. |

The bathroom was very nice. The beds were very comfortable. Breakfast and lunch were great at the hotel and the offer close to the hotel was very bad. Hotel staff was helpful and kind during the three turns. The room's internet access did not work during our four days visit. The recepcionist said everyday the same: "Don't worry today it will be repaired". The internet expert came to my room but was not able to make it work. I have to go to the lobby to check my e-mail every day. |

La ubicación frente a la playa, el comfort de las habitaciones, la proximidad al autobus Línea 1 que comunica los principales puntos de interés de la ciudad, el desayuno de calidad, el personal de recepción muy atento y diligente (no se producían esperas ni colas en la recepción para el check-in o check-out como ocurre en muchos hoteles). El único punto negativo de la estancia fue un incidente con un empleado de recepción. Le preguntamos como podíamos imprimir la tarjeta de embarque para nuestro vuelo y nos dijo que si le dejábamos los datos de la reserva nos lo sacaba ella.Nos fuimos tranquilos dejando la maleta y cuando volvimos nos dijeron que no había podido facturar en internet.Nos quejamos amargamente de que no nos hubieran avisado por telefono.De haberlo sabido hubiéramos ido al aeropuerto con antelación y no hubiéramos estado a punto de perder el vuelo (nos sobró 1 minuto!!!). Por otra parte, el personal del bufet de desayuno estaba desbordado. No daban abasto. Sólo había una persona recogiendo mesas y otra procurando que no se acabaran los productos y reponiendo. |

Et fantastisk beliggende hotel med udsigt over Las Canteras stranden. Tæt på strand, restauranter og shopping. Kan kun varmt anbefales. Sæt en vandvarmer ind på værelserne, så man kan lave og nyde en kop kaffe på terrassen. Der er såmænd etableret en stikkontakt på terrassen, der kan bruges til formålet. |

Muy buen trato del personal. A pesar de que el Check in era a partir de las 15hs pudimos ingresar a la habitación a las 10 hs de la mañana sin siquiera pedirlo. Buena ubicación, cerca de la playa de las canteras. |

El estar ligeramente apartado del bullicio del centro, aunque cerca, y, en primera linea de playa. me toco una de las pocas habitaciones sin vistas, y, aunque iba solo, estaba preparada como triple. |

El confort, las habitaciones muy limpias y nuevas, y las camas son cómodas.El trato del personal fue muy buena. Está situado en primera linea de la Playa de las Canteras. Relación calidad-precio muy buena En general me ha gustado todo, quizá el que no tenga piscina puede ser su peor característica. |

Lo cerca que está de la playa, lo confortable de las habitaciones y el baño y buen personal. El servicio de desayuno buffet que en otras ocasiones era excelente, esta vez según la hora no tenía ni tazas disponibles, y no reponen la fruta ni otras cosas a tiempo,tuvimos que volvernos a la habitación y regresar al cabo de 15 minutos. |

Su ubicación. Su excelente desayuno buffet. La bonita habitación en la que nos alojamos. El buen trato del personal. Tuvimos un problema con el lavabo del baño, ya que la tubería goteaba bastante cuando abríamos el grifo y se formaba un charquito en el suelo. Avisamos, pero no lo arreglaron. De todas formas era un problema menor, que no nos molestó. |
