The location was ideal for sightseeing as well as shopping. My room was clean enough, but much more attention seemed necessary to the hotel's public space such as its entrance, elevator hall, etc. |

It was quiet and comfortable - well placed in the city centre. Reception staff efficient and polite We stayed two days - breakfast the first day good, second day poor - waiter would not bring more bread and more important no tortilla! |

I liked the hotel because it was very convenient to the tapas bars,cathedral and all the other amenities in Leon. The staff were very nice and helpful when needed but not pushy I did not like the noise coming from the late night revellers coming out of the Conde Luna Discoteque/Nightclub/Casino until 5 am and later. I was not aware that the hotel had a nightclub attached |

For what I paid this was wonderful value: a big room, double bed, great view from balcony and a superb bathroom. The breakfast was excellent. A centrally situated hotel ten minute walk from the Cathedral. |

Sobre todo la localización, esta de verdad a nada de la catedral y a menos del "barrio húmedo". La limpieza y tamaño de las habitaciones estan muy bien (son muy grandes) y bastante cómodas. El precio, me hubiera gustado encontrar un precio algo mas ajustado, y en el mismo hotel te hacen ofertas "para que vuelvas" por menos precio, hubiera preferido tenerlas antes. |

Su ubicación es muy buena porque está a dos pasos del casco histórico de León y de la zona comercial. En recepción hubo momentos que debías esperar demasiado tiempo |

Que esta centrico de zona comercial y la parte historica también está muy cerca. La habitación triple la tercera cama es diferente a las otras dos, es decir, de peor calidad y se duerme muy mal en esa cama, si la habitación es de tres camas, las tres deberian ser iguales.Una habitación triple debería tener: tres tarjetas-llaves no una.Una habitación triple debería tener tres juegos de todo, no solamente dos. |

Muy céntrico y trato excelente de todo el personal.Habitaciones amplias un poco antiguas.Hotel clásico con buena cocina tradicional en el meson reformado recientemente, buena cafetería con servicio de habitaciones .Merece mención especial el bar Americano y "Manolin" su bar-man que le preparará los mejores cócteles, snaks y canapés con un trato exquisito y un "saber hacer" reconocido por todos sus clientes.Grandes salones clásicos actualmente en reforma. |

Lo que mas me ha gustado el trato del personal que alli trabaja, la ubicacion dentro de la ciudad y que las habitaciones son grandes. Que no tenga WiFi y que ademas sea Internet de pago, faltan canales de TDT en la television, hay que pagar por el parking del hotel. |
