The apartment was great but was not cleaned properly. Floor was not swept properly and we would have appreciated a sweeping brush to do it ourselves. Cooker was great but workspace very limited. Only one power point made it dangerous to use kettle/toaster beside the sink - electrical safety issue. Balcony was great but was inclined to flood from outflow pipe from apartment above. Reception staff very helpful! Very noisy - suffered from lack of sleep every night. Lack of security in complex meant that clientele didn't seem to care about the noise they made during early hours when they entered/left the complex. Close proximity of apartments meant that noise echoed around. One night, serious fight erupted outside - about 6.30 a.m. - very shocking for us a family. Foul language/voilent acts of those involved was unacceptable. Security staff desparately required at complex, especially at night-time. Strict rules also need to be applied to clientele as there's an apparent lack of respect of other hotel users. We're glad we don't actually own an apartment there - it was overall a bad experience. |

very central quite location.appartments are very clean you had to pay extra for basic items eg.hairdryer, iron and ironing board,fan. also we had only one key between 5 people and the reception at night was in the appartment opposite. |

A very clean and well presented complex with convenient parking Lack of air conditioning could be an issue during summer, the particular 'block' we stayed in seemed rather noisy early in the morning, this issue was compounded by the design of the block which caused noise to echo around - I don't think anybody was actually particularly noisy. |

Spaceous room with pleasant outlook. There were six bars in a row below our room. The noise did not stop until 1 am. |

We eat, slept, swam, walked. Hired a car and travelled around the island on three of our seven days. Fantastic scenery, beautiful weather and wonderful hospitality. |

Veronica in the local cafe, she makes the place! The food was good and was such good value. Pool was spotless and the kids 6&7 had great fun. Location 10-15 min walk to the beach but the big boats were off putting but just around the corner was Playa Vistas where you couldnt see the boats! Also.... if you walk for another 10 you get to Playa Los Americas where you can do your shopping! Only criticism is the apartments are a bit out of date (which i had read about), however, for the time we spent inside it did not make any difference, we enjoyed our stay. |

We stayed for 4 nights, shared the cost of the apartment between us which worked out really well (4 of us in total), the apartment was spacious, cleaned once a day with towels and linens changed which was excellent, there was a nice cafe on site and staff were friendly, the communal areas where spotless, and the town centre and beach were a 5min walk away, so all good! |

Beliggenheten er bra. fin nyoppusset leilighet og bra med to bad. Irriterende at resepsjonen tok 10 euro for at vi fikk sette fra oss bagasjen i et kjellerrom i en time uten at de opplyste om pris på forhånd. et av bassengene var ikke oppvarmet slik det stod i beskrivelsen av hotellet at det skulle være . At et babybasseng på nabohotellet er oppvarmet er ikke akkurat det samme. De kunne også opplyst om at soverommene var i hver sin etage, upraktisk for oss! |

Die 2-Schlafraum-Appartments sind großzügig für die Kanaren und können gut von 4 Erwachsenen bewohnt werden, zumal es auch zwei Bäder gibt. Die Anlage ist nett und kein riesiger Hochhauskasten. Ein Teil der Appartments ist fest vermietet/verkauft an Einheimische. Ab Mitternacht herrscht Ruhe auch in den Kneipen der Umgebung. Das Frühstücksbuffet im dazugehörenden Hotel Teneriffe Sur lässt zu wünschen übrig. Das saubere Geschirr ist ausgesprochen dreckig. In der kleinen Bar im Christian Sur bekommt man ein viel besseres Frühstück, aber leider nur englisches. Das wird bei zwei Wochen Aufenthalt auf Dauer etwas langweilig. Das Appartment hätte etwas besser gereinigt werden dürfen, besonders die Badezimmer. |
