Paradise Park Resort and Spa

Fantastic hotel. Excellent food and very friendly staff. Great swimming pools too.

At euro 51 per night, half board it was good value. Food was good and so were catering staff.

Many facilities not working and reception staff had little interest in addressing the problems.

The reception staff were very friendly and helpfull. When problems did arise, they were sorted out quickly.

We had breakfast included in the price, wish we hadn'T. The food was not nice at all, and it was cold. The toasters were the slowest I had ever come across, taking at least 10 mins to toast the bread, which caused huge queues. Tea and coffee was horrible, orange juice did not taste like orange juice at all. I am pleased that I did not go all inclusive, as I saw what was on offer, I felt sorry for the people that did. I did not see any entertainment for adults, if there was any, it was well hidden, and not advertised. The hotel was at the top of a very steep hill, which was not mentioned. I had my 67 yr old mother with me, who is not very able for steep hills, the courtesy bus stopped running at 5.30, so basically stuck at hotel.

Good atmosphere, not driven by hotel but pleasant. Main pool good.

Mislead as not really a four star. Beds were OK but not comfortable.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Good location. Nice atmosphere. Rooms were cleaned very well.

The breakfast and dinner buffets could be improved with quality and more variety, but they were still good.

The restaurant Tenerife was excellent, nice ambience, lovely food and good staff. The room sevice and chamber maids were very good and reception staff verry helpful.

There wasn't a lounge bar where one could sit, talk and have a drink with friends, the two function rooms didn't provide this sort of comfort.

Leisurly 20min walk to the beach, room was very nice, staff were very helpful, i will definately be returning to this hotel

The peace and tranquility we felt within the hotel, particularly the roof top terrace. The quietness up there with the views of the sea, mountains and Los Cristianos was lovely. Even though it is quite a large hotel it didnt appear to be too crowded as there is plenty of space where people are spread out. It was a lovely gesture from your hotel to leave the champagne and fruit in the room.

The staff was very friendly. And the choise you have of the 3 pools I like a lot.

The toilets in the rooms are very noisy they definitly need to be approved. And the breakfast was so so. It was very english, I missed cold breakfast variation.

This hotel is indeed worth to be chosen for a holyday at Los Cristianos. It is not near to the beach Las Vistas but on working days they have a small bus to get there often.

This is more a problem of the guests, less of the hotel: Since the hotel is good but all rooms are non-smoking, it may happen that you get a room in which before you obviously there was heavy smoking. Smokers should not choose the hotel.
