Location, proximity and availability. Bathroom was huge! WI FI Charges are outrageous. No irons at the hotel. Hair Dryers are not good. TV Channels are very limited. |

I really enjoyed the location. Very central and useful. 4 things we disliked: 1 - The room is noisy (room 407) in the morning we started to listen to different annoying noises from the upper floor. 2 - The hot water (shower) doesn't work very good in the morning (difficult to set the tap to hot water). 3 - The room (Junior Suite) didn't have a pen (yes, a simple pen to write something). 4 - The breakfast was very poor. The variety of food is poor as well as things are not replaced, so close from 11 am there are a lot of things missing. |

The accomodations were excellent. The breakfast buffet was fabulous. The location was convenient for touring the city and in an upscale part of the city. They did not accept traveler's checks for payment. |

Very centrally lokated for shopping at some of Madrid's best butiques. Also great eating places around (though we had bad luck with our choice...). Walking distance to everything, including Prado and the Retiro. |
