Alanda Club Marbella

Beautiful room (very modern), wonderful club atmosphere, great club house, very clean, huge room...very impressed with everything at this hotel. The room service was excellent as well. You park in a gated community and parking is very close to the door. Very convenient!

The location was not in our GPS system, so be sure to print out directions if you are driving to this location. Our only regret with hotel is that we only stayed one night. Book more than one night so you can truly enjoy it!

It was easy friendly and most facilities are within walking distance or a bus/taxi can be accessed. For a short stay no car required. Accomodation had all that was required for a short stay and apartment was very well kitted out. I eat in so can not comment on food at restaurent but I have heard it is very good.

The apartment was well apointed, spacious and clean.

The evening "entertainment" was really unpleasant. It was of very poor quality and far too loud. This disturbed our baby. It is really pointless that the hotel put it on.

We were mad every welcome by the staff, The pool was ideal for my 3 and 1 year old kids, both indoor and outdoor. The food was also very good quality.

The kids club was only for 5 years and up which we were not aware of. The restaraunts in the area did not cater for kids very much and apart from the park in the complex grounds there was nothing for the kids in the area. Also disagreed with the policy that you had to but a meal if you wanted to see F-Dancers.

I was very impressed with the quality of the apartment (living room with kitchen / all necessary utensils, pans, dishes, etc., bedroom, bath). The staff was very friendly. All in all, great value for money!

in door pool the kindness of the staff and their understanding when i arrived minus my purse which had been stolen at the airport. the fact that there was not maid service every day as in most timeshare/point places. the sales staff being quite kind in not being pushy which i have never found to be the case in other projects in other countries even my own

the lact of my ability to put the card into the entrance to the gate which is probably due to my lack of driving skills

The location is very good. It is near the beach, supermarket, restaurants and the highway. I also liked that we were able to book tours right at the hotel. It was very convenient.

The room could have been cleaned a bit better. I swept the floor the first day and there were tons of dirt/sand.

1. Los apartamentos - muy bien equipados y amueblados, espaciosos. 2. El restaurante - excelente calidad de la comida. 3. El personal - muy amable. 4. Preciosas vistas hacía la montaña (por lo menos desde el piso donde estábamos). 5. La playa - no es tan industrial como en otros sitios, tiene algo auténtico de naturaleza. 6. La ubicación - muy cerca a la playa, al lado de un bosque de pinos

1. El jardín esta cubierto completamente de azulejos, casi no hay cesped. 2. La piscina interior no la he visto muy limpia, y no era suficentemente caliente (estabamos en diciembre)

la politica comercial es negativa para el cliente , solicite ampliacion de horario por que el vuelo salia mas tarde y tuve que lliquidar el dia completo 300e .me parecio oportunista. Ademas intentan venderte multipropiedad a toda costa en el hotel.

La qualité des logements. La gentillesse du personnel.

Piscines petites. A + de 10 km de Marbella! Restaurant très moyen. Animation désuète et parking exigu et dangereux. Cher compte tenu de la classification et du service proposé. Eloigné de la plage qui elle-même n'est pas jolie
