nice and quiet location but still walking distance from the playa del ingles night spots. swimming pool area was nice and breakfast was ok.

staff at reception were rude, we didnt feel welcomed at all. the first room that we stayed in smelled like dead people, the second room they gave us the toilet didnt flush and they never came to fix it. most of the people staying at the hotel are old spanish and german, staff dont like english speaking guests. water in the pool is way too cold for swimming. we didnt enjoy our stay at all and do not recommend this place to anyone

We enjoyed meeting the other guest that stayed at this hotel. Housekeepers were incredibly nice and helpful.

The hotel staff were extremely rude during check in, did not explain any of the hotel's policies. Our room was not ready by the time of check in, had no towels, when calling the front desk they stated they would send some up, waited over 2 hours, and just found a housekeeper who was kind enough to give us towels for our room. The food was awful, so we resorted to eating salad for 7 nights. The wait staff would come by and take your plates before you were even finished eating. Dinner drinks were not included as it the room was sold to us, and they even charged 2euro for a carafe of tap water.

The hotel was nice for what it was, cheap. I expected much more, especially in customer service. I did have a decent view.

The staff was a bit off on customer service. English is not a second language. My room smelled and the clean crew began very early.

Location is great. Not too close to the main centre of Playa del Ingles - but only a short stroll down the seafront boulevard. All facilities were very clean and the breakfast selection is excellent.

Large rooms with their own balconies, a nice a quiet coctail bar.

No fridge in the room, couldn't find the remote. I'd say the average guest age was around 60 (stayed in November).

Super lokalizacja (blisko plaży, restauracji, sklepów, przystanku autobusowego), duży wybór jedzenia, ale troszkę zbyt tłoczna restauracja, doskonałe proporcje między ceną a jakością usług.Polecam!!!

De kamer had totaal geen uitzicht! We keken op een dak een binnen pleintje.

La localisation à Maspalomas (près de la plage et près d'un arrêt de bus), la piscine, la présence d'un loueur de voiture sur place, le petit déjeuner.

La climatisation ne semble pas assez puissante pour rafraichir la chambre. Et donc, soit on ouvre la fenêtre et on est exposé au bruit, soit on la ferme et on a chaud pour dormir..

Die Nähe zum Strand, die Zimmer mit Meerblick sind sehr ruhig gelegen, zwischen Hotel und Strand befinden sich nur eine Sackgasse und die Strandpromenade. Das Essen ist für diese Preiskategorie gut und bestimmt ist für jeden Geschmack etwar dabei. Die Außenanlage ist auch ansprechend.

Die Bar ist ungemütlich eingerichtet. Der Raum (Boden, Wände, Decke) wäre eigentlich schön, aber die Bestuhlung macht das Ganze ungemütlich. War für uns nicht schlimm, da wir abends auch außerhalb des Hotels unterwegs waren.
