Very good localization, nice swiming pools, oustanding design of the hotel I was in other hotels in maspalomas, and the price/quality ratio was the lowest in this hotel. |

We enjoyed the option on entertainment and facilities on the ground a lot. Location was excellent and hotel staff was helpful. The rooms were in good conditions and always clean. |

The gardens and swimming pools and the close proximiiy to the promenade. Also the architecture of the hotel. This was our 2nd visit. We would probably return although the internet and laundry charges would be an obstacle(see below) I hope the comments below are helpful. 1. High internet charges of 15 euros per day. I had to go outside the hotel to a cafe every day. Ridiculous price and very inconvenient for anyone using it daily for a short time. 5 euros would be more than enough. 2. likewise the laundry charges are excessive 3. the laundrette is not a good alternative. |

De ligging van het hotel is goed en de kamers zijn netjes. Wij hebben het hotel de laatste paar jaren hard achteruit zien gaan. Dit betreft met name het eten (dit is echt matig) en de animatie (geen leuke optredens e.d. 's avonds). Het eten en de animatie. |

Locatie is fantastisch, vlakbij aan prachtige wandelpromenade en talrijke shops; het concept van het hotel zelf is ook top: inkomhal, zwembaden, tuinen enz... In het land van de appelsienen rekent men 2 euro aan indien je bij het ontbijt een glaasje vers geperst appelsiensap wil; in je kamer moet je betalen om de kluis te mogen gebruiken; bij aankomst werden we verplicht meteen het bedrag voor het ganse verblijf te betalen; door het groot aantal kamers (1.136!!!) worden de gasten als sardienen bijeen geplet aan de verschillende zwembaden; beste ligstoelen worden al vroeg in de ochtend ingenomen door gasten die er hun handdoek komen leggen en dan zelf pas tegen de middag opdagen |

Läget vid stranden var utmärkt, samt faciliteterna. Servicen var medioker, t.ex. när man kommer till hotellet tar de väskorna och sätter dem i ett rum (arriving luggage) men de skickas inte automatiskt upp till rummet, utan de skriver flera lappar som du själv måste ta till mannen vid "arriving luggage" rummet, sedan måste du visa vilka dina väskor är och de markerar dem med dessa lappar och sen får du ännu vänta en halv timme innan du får dem...vi hade en baby med oss och fick själv bära upp vår barnvagn, eftersom det inte var möjligt för dem att skicka väskorna upp med detsamma. En annan idiotisk sak var att porten till stranden är låst t.om. kl. 8 på morgonen så man kan inte gå och ta en morgonpromenad på stranden före detta (eller så får man gå runt om hotellbyggnaden). |

Uitermate vriendelijk en goed geschoold personeel, zowel in de bediening, de dienstverlening,de schoonmaak, parkbeheer etc. Het ontbijt en de warme maaltijden waren uitstekend verzorgd en ook hier weer uitstekende bediening. Het gehele park, de zwembaden en de buiten bars verdienen zeker een 9+. Ook de ligging van het hotel is prima tov de omgeving. De kamer, nr. 4223, was wat verouderd en vrij somber. Het gebruik van de kluis alleen tegen betaling. De kwalitijd van de plastik bekers bij de buiten bars was niet zo best. Het gebruik van de parkeerplaats met slagboom gaf te vaak problemen. |

Ligging is perfect, vlakbij strand en mooie boulevard met mooie winkels. Personeel vriendelijk en kamers worden dagelijks netjes gepoetst. Sportief is er heel wat te doen. De keuken is wat aan kwaliteit aant verliezen! |
