Budget price, clean room, quiet room, & breakfast included. Very basic hotel. I do not believe this should be rated 3 star. |

Excellent location for visit to Santiago. Staff helpful. Liked the idea of quiet period from midnight to 7 am. If travelling by car, better directions, especially from Santiago centre. There is no restaurant for individuals/small groups - just the cafeteria/self service. |

The Hotel's buildings are totally envolved in a green landscape, on the ground level, and sorrounded by trees, so it doesn't look like a building, it looks we will be sleeping with nature. But with all the comfort and services one expects. |

Excellent breakfast included, all the facilities you need and very friendly staff The look of the site is rather ugly - it's geared to pilgrim groups - but actually the rooms are perfectly fine and the location is good |

Receptionist very pleasant on arrival. Basic accommodation but clean & sufficient for purpose. Car is a must. Not sure about the 'play' facilities - football pitch was unplayable !!! |

El esfuerzo del personal por disimular las carencias del establecimiento que por cierto son muchas. En realidad de hotel no tiene mucho por no decir nada que se parezca a un hotel normal. Se parece mas a un establecimiento de detencion mejorado.Les aclaro que viaje por 10 dias por Espana y reserve todo atraves de Booking.com y fue el peor hotel incluso en la relacion precio servicio. |

Uitstekend ontbijtbuffet. Rustige omgeving met comfortabele kamers in ruim 20 barrakachtige gebouwen. Allerlei voorzieningen op de grote campus waarvan op het moment van ons bezoek helaas veel gesloten was. Slechts 1 stoel op kamer. Tijdens ons bezoek 2 dagen lang, kennelijk vanwege feestdagen, de gehele dag veel lawaai van vuurwerk in de stad. |

Adorei o meio ambiente em que o hotel estava inserido, é um local sossegado e onde se pode relaxar pois está rodeado de muita natureza, os quartos eram bons, limpos e os funcionários eram simpáticos. Acho que devia haver mais informação sobre a a localização do hotel, pois ainda perdemos algum tempo á procura do hotel. |
