The price and the location. Rooms were nice and modern

The bar was simple and cold decorated ( but there was a nice fireplace)

Love the bedrooms and funky decor

It was central with car parking below. The decor was very stylish and comfortable. The hotel facilities, maintained the same highstandards of design, good resterant and bar. But ultimately we liked our room so much we just nestled down with a takeaway pizza and bottle of wine, lounging in the bathrobes provided, enjoying the many functions of the shower etc.

Sadly this very high standard was let down by the fact the extracter in the toilet did not work, and we could not get the air conditioning to function propally, so opened the window as much as we could but this was not sufficient ventilation. In fairness we did not ask reception for help, and they probally would have rectified the situation if we had.

Immature staff

The personnel was very helpful and friendly both at the desk and room staff. Our room was spacious and pleasant and the bathroom in particular comfortable. Breakfast was good with many healthy options. The location of the hotel was excellent.

Even if our room was nice there was a strange smell of smoke in the front hall closet- perhaps it had previously been a smokers room. My clothes smelt of smoke all through all trip through Asturias.

La cama muy confortable y la bañera de hidromasaje.

Nos ha encantado la situacion tan centrica, la habitación era muy grande, la cama kingsize y muy bien las almohadas, la decoración muy moderna y acertada.

El precio del parking un poco caro, y un poco incómoda la rampa.

El diseño innovador y que está en el centro de Oviedo

Se oye absolutamente todo de una habitación a otra.La habitación olía a tabaco e insistieron en que no era de fumadores y no se ofrecieron a cambiarmela.

Situacion y decoracion, estilo, imagen, personal, no use el restaurante, muy caro el desayuno.

la limpieza de los dos baños, en el espacio de WC habia pelos claros y visibles en el suelo, sin recoger, no uno, varios. Mi hija em hizo llamar lka atención diciendome que eso no era propio de ese hotel, igual hay en otros hoteles pero al ser el suelo blanco se debe cuidar mas la limpieza final.
