The hotel is centrally located in Palma, ideal for a night out. Poor selection of english speaking TV channels. |

The lovely view of the sea & boats from our room on the patio. The size of the room. The reception areai is light with comfortable seating arrangements The incredible amount of traffic noise night and day, & people noise into the early hours (mainly outside the hotel opposite ours, which our room faced). - All in all it was impossible to fall asleep & I left there after four days deprived of sleep!!! |

Hotel staff were friendly and efficient. Facilities good. Much to noisy being on the main road. Rooms were hot from the afternoon sun but yet the central air con had been turned off due to the winter season. All pointed to cost savings by the hotel. Not acceptable with international travelling. |

The hotel is in a prime location for all the things a tourist would need to do in palma. The hotel is modern with a sense of history, the rooms are large and well equiped and the breakfast buffet is excellent/ The hotel and room was like a sauna, far too hot even though we were there in November. It was 24 degrees outside! When we complained we were told there was nothing they could do as now on winter setting.This led to a very uncomfortable nights sleep/ |

The room was very nice (spacious) with a good view of the harbor. First, the hotel floors are "split" into two areas, 1-4 and 5-8. To get from one area to the other requires going up a large flight of stairs. This is a major inconvenience with luggage. We were on the 6th floor. This meant we had to take one elevator to the 4th floor, walk up a large flight of stairs, and then take another elevator to the 6th floor. A major inconvenience and hassle! Second, the hotel staff at the reception desk gave very inaccurate information about public transportation. While they were friendly, it seemed that they had to give an answer, instead of saying that they didn't know something. Third, this hotel has one major advantage: the hotel is close to all the clubs and discoteques. Noise woke us on two nights. |

Good position for local amenities with bus stops and taxi rank adjacent to hotel as well as numerous restaraunts and bars. The mattresses on the bed were very firm and the noise from the main road was high from both vehicles and late night revellers.... Even in November! |

Cerca del centro Necesita una buena reforma. Hay que tomar dos elevadores para ir a la habitacion y pasar por el comedor. Para no pasar por el comedor tienes subir unas escaleras. |

大型ガレージが隣接。カテドラル、中心地が徒歩圏。スタッフはとてもフレンドリー。朝食は、パン・コン・ト- マテも作れるスペインの充実した朝食が楽しめた。港沿いなので、散歩、ランニングもよい。レストランが豊富- 。 港沿いの大通りに面しているため、夜の騒音には、閉口。海に面してない部屋をとるべきだったかと思うほどで- した。それ以外は、施設的にも値段的にも大変良かったです。 |

La habitación espaciosa y completa Me dijeron por dos veces que el precio que pagué en la reserva de Booking estaba equivocado y correspondía a habitación sin desayuno. Como quedó probado que la reserva indicaba con desayuno no se cobró, pero la necesidad de esta comprobación generó cierta incomodidad. |

Sehr einfach zu erreichen (Buslinie 1 ab Flughafen hält 100 m entfernt), Kneipenmeile links und rechts vom Hotel (Paseo Maritimo). Weitere Buslinie in die Stadt (Linie 3) hält hinter dem Hotel. Wunderschönes Ambiente, herrliches Zimmer bzw. unerwarteterweise Suite mit 2 riesigen Flachbild-TVs. Zwischen Salon und Schlafzimmer kleiner Korridor mit Zugang zum Badezimmer. Bei gleichem Preis gerne wieder dieses Hotel. Ich hatte ein Zimmer im hinteren Teil des Hotels. D.h. Lift hoch, Gang entlang, Treppe hoch, Halle durchqueren und nochmals mit dem Lift weiter. Zuerst etwas umständlich, aber man gewöhnt sich dran. Leider hatte ich ein Zimmer mit Blick auf den Fast-Innenhof (von 3 Seiten zugebaut). Da die gegenüberliegenden Zimmer nur grad 4 Meter entfernt und keine Tagesvorhänge vorhanden sind, musste man dauernd die Nachtvorhänge zuziehen und elektrisches Licht anzünden. Das fand ich schade. |
