I liked the soft beds and pillows. The desk people were also very helpful in giving directions to the desk. It was located father out of Valencia than I anticipated. However, the metro was very easy to use. It just wasn't an easy place to return to part way through the day if you wanted a break. |

Comfortable and staff were friendly and eager to help. Was not very accessible with public transport. Having a car is essential. Also, only some staff members at reception spoke English, which is not ideal for a hotel billed with three stars. |

Fairly easy to get into town (5 min walk then 15 min metro ride), free parking out front Not many staff spoke English. General comment: watch out for tyre-slashing scammers in Valencia! They got our tyre but we were on the ball enough to change it without their ´help´ so got away without losing anything. |

aucune ambiance , hotel simplement pour des personnes âgées ou comme nous juste une nuit de passage , pour un trois étoiles même pas de chaine francaise pas le cable dommage sinon la piscine et trés bien pour ce detendre aprés beaucoup de route chambre super et trés propre , en août l'hotel paraît desert et triste il manque un petit sourire au personnel |

La entrada al hotel ,y la recepcion es bonita. Todo las indicaciones para encontrar las habitaciones son malisimas,la habitacion parecia una habitacion de una pension o hostal.,super pequenia para ser para una pareja con un ninio,al entrar pedimos una cuna y nos dijeron que ya era mui tarde y que no sabian si habia disponibilidad y era tan solo las 22:00 de la noche. Y tuvimos que dormir 3 personas en una cama de 1.50..que asco de hotel. |
