食物太好吃了。

设施有些陈旧，不过还是很不错了，值得推荐。

I liked that the hotel was literally steps away from the beach, the breakfast was pretty good, and there is a bus stop right outside of the hotel that takes you to Palma and the airport.

The room was really hot, didn't really seem to me like a 4-star hotel, in a horribly touristy area, felt like a "little Germany" rather than a Spanish island.

Location, tidy rooms, wide range and quality food

Reception staff not only unhelpful but also rather rude. Room standard very poor. This hotel is maximum 3-Stars it dose not deserve 4-stars. Worst four-star I've been!

All diskos and clubs, the beach are very close to the hotel.

There was absolutely nothing for children of 1-5! No minidisko, no parks with slotmashines as minimum. Not in neighbousrhotels of the whole Arenal!!!!!Just nothing! minidisko would be the best what the hotel could improve, instead boring music the guy was trying to play in the evening. Even the music for kids like Veo Veo or the Train, would be already great!

Good place, perfect cuisine

A very good four star hotel with good facilities. A good beach and a good choice of nearby restaurants. In spite of the hotel being full of Germans, there was no problem getting a sun-bed!

The fact that the hotel was full of Germans and was in the middle of a mile long strip of German focused restaurants and shops was not something that I disliked but it was something I had not expected.

The hotel is marketed as a four star hotel even though it is more than 30 years old, which shows all the way. It has not deserved more than maximum 2 stars. Therefore it can not been recommended, because the customers have to pay for four stars when it fact it is hardly a two star hotel !

Location right by the beach, the airport and Palma. The bus stops right outside the hotel. The pool was nice and they made excellent Sangria at the bar, shame it was so smokey in there though

Where to start! We stayed for 10 nights. I was upset to have a room almost round the back, It was very noisy up to 4 am and the noise started again at 6.30 with the street cleaners. I felt we could have coped with a few nights but TEN? However the worst bit was the food. We are vegetarian and we were not catered for at all. I ever told them we didn't eat meat or fish but they didn't care. One night our choice was side salad chips and carrots. I thought it couldn't get any worse but the next night they put strips of meat in the VEGETABLES! They had lovely salads all with bits of meat or fish in them, Pizza with meat toppings. A meat eaters paradise! I cannot comprehend that they gave no thought to vegetarian guests. Breakfast was nice though

Weather and proximity to the beach and a second more private swimming pool. They provide a beach towel for a refundable deposit of 10€

Not a 4 star hotel at all. It is a good 3 star. Room faced street with noise until 4 am, despite request for another type of location, it appears that all singel women were stuck in older rooms with no sea view, buffet breakfast and dinner were very basic, nothing close to other hotels I have stayed but good coffee. Too many noisy male guests for single business female travellers. They didn´t mention that the safe in the room is charged at 2€ per day plus a 4€ additional fee.

if you oversleep the morning cleaning shift, they might skip your room on cleaning until the next day. Did the crisis cause them fire rest of the staff?!

Good food, excellent service at the front desk, room was clean, proximity to the beach, good access to Palma (either with a public transport or bike/moped which can be rented at several places near the hotel). Probably one of the best choices in Playa de Palma - bar outside of the hotel is very neat and is an excellent option for an evening drink. For those interested in nightlife activities - lots of bars and discos in the neighbourhood.

Minor things - internet access this hotel is selling is dissapointing - first of all it costs 4EUR/hour (!!!), additionally works only in the lobby (I tried finding the hotspot in my room and on the chairs in the hallway on my floor, but was unsuccessful). Second thing - rooms on the street side are quite noisy - Mallorca can be loud at nights (soundproofing of the windows is not good enough) + buses, cars running during the day make really lot of noise (not that it personally bothered me, but might be helpful for others to take that info into consideration)
